Easy Meatballs Ingredients: 1 lb Lean Ground Beef (10% or less fat) 2/3 cup Progresso Italian-style Bread Crumbs 1/4 cup Milk 1/2 or 3/4 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/4 cup Sweet Onion, finely chopped 1 egg

Directions: 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line 9”X13” baking pan with foil. Spray with cooking spray. 2. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape mixture into 1-1/2” meatballs. Place 1 inch apart in pan. 3. Bake uncovered 18 to 22 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Note: I heated Campbell’s brown gravy & mushroom gravy in a large pot & placed the cooked meatballs in with the gravy & heated everything together - such warm comfort food!! You could also boil cut-up carrots & potatoes separately in another pot & add to the meatballs with gravy & create a mmmmmm good meatball stew! Good to know: Carrots usually take 10-15 minutes to boil, depending on the size of your cut pieces. Potatoes usually take 8-10 minutes.
