Hamburger Stew Directions 1. Chop up the onions. Fry in pot with 1/4 cup water (I don’t like to use oil). 2. Brown the ground beef. Drain off the oil. 3. Return to stove, add tomato soup & cook till it starts to boil. 4. Turn it down to simmer & add the frozen mixed vegetables. 5. Cook till vegetables are thawed & warm. 6. Remember to keep stirring so the food doesn’t burn. **Variations: Spaghetti Sauce - Ingredients are the same except you don’t need the mixed vegetables. Add brown sugar to sweeten to your taste. Cream Hamburger - Substitute Cream of Mushroom soup for the Tomato Soup. Substitute frozen corn for the mixed vegetables. Cream Tuna - Same as Cream Hamburger but substitute 2 cans tuna for the hamburger. Use 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup for every 2 cans of tuna.

Ingredients: 1 Round Onion 1 lb Ground Beef (more or less depending how much meat you like) 2 cans Tomato Soup (depending on how much meat you use) 1 pkg Frozen Mixed Vegetables
