Lasagna Ingredients: 2 tbsp oil 2 cloves Garlic, crushed 1 lb. Hamburger (do not buy the lean one, do the next grade down) (3) 8 oz can Tomato Sauce 1-1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Pepper 1/2 tsp Oregano 1 box Lasagna Noodles 1/2 lb Mozzarella Cheese, sliced 1 container Cottage Cheese (3/4 lb) Parmesan Cheese

Directions: 1. Saute oil, garlic & hamburger (break hamburger into crumbly pieces). 2. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper, oregano and simmer for 20 minutes. 3. Cook noodles in boiling salted water about 15 minutes & drain. 4. Butter on bottom & sides of a 9”X13” pan. 5. Layer noodles, cream cheese, mozzarella, meat sauce, & sprinkle with Parmesan. 6. Repeat for second layer. 7. Bake covered (foil) at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese melts. 8. Remove from oven and let stand for a few minutes before cutting. Note: You can even make this the night before & leave in the refrigerator until you’re ready to bake it. Enjoy....it’s very easy to do. love, mom
