Aunty Florence’s Mochi Ingredients: 1 box Mochiko 2-1/4 cup Sugar 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 can Coconut Milk 1-3/4 cup Water (use from the coconut milk) 1 tsp Vanilla Food Coloring Potato Starch and/or Kinako

Directions: 1. Mix mochiko, sugar, & baking powder together. 2. Mix milk, water, & vanilla together & pour in with the mochiko, sugar, & baking powder. 3. Add food coloring. 4. Oil pan & pour it in the pan. 5. Cover with foil. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. 7. Let it cool & then cut. 8. Roll in potato starch or kinako.
