Pork Ribs Ingredients: 4 lbs of spareribs 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 cup vinegar 1 cup pineapple juice (I just use the little can) 1 tbsp Shoyu 1 tbsp Salt (I use about 1/2 tsp) 2 tbsp Cornstarch (mix with a little water) Thumb size Ginger (peel, smash, & put in whole)
Directions: 1. Salt about 4 lbs of spareribs. Brown in pot in small batches. 2. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. 3. Bake in oven 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
