Gary’s Sweet & Sour Spareribs Ingredients: 2# Spareribs, cut in pieces 2 tbsp Flour 4 tbsp Shoyu 1 tbsp Vinegar Sauce: 1 cup Brown Sugar 1/2 cup Vinegar 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Shoyu
Directions: 1. In a large bowl, mix ribs, flour, shoyu, & vinegar together thoroughly, set aside for 45 min. 2. Fry ribs in a little oil in a pot, stirring constantly. 3. In a bowl, mix together sauce ingredients & pour over fried ribs. 4. Cook over low to medium heat until ribs are soft, about 30 minutes, stirring to keep ribs from over browning. Serve with rice.
