Event Services

MISSION: Our mission is to assist our clients in developing a clear vision of what they wish to create and accomplish by executing a complete solution for their event needs.

Our goal is to bring their vision into reality using innovative ideas, limitless resources, and proven strategies along with professional expertise in event management and production.

VISION: To establish a culture of unparalleled service, operational excellence and academic enhancement, where each event can exceed the clients’ expectations. We will continue to improve the various services provided while focusing on university strengths and opportunities, and reflecting on our dedication to serve students, faculty, staff and the greater global community.

OVERVIEW: Event Services facilitates planning and support for non-academic use of university facilities and outdoor spaces on campus. We provide services and equipment for a wide variety of cultural, educational, and recreational activities, enabling campus and community organizations to produce successful events. We collaborate with Texas Southern University students, campus departments, and the larger community to provide helpful, high-quality, individualized services in all areas of event facilitation to enrich and enliven the university.
