Preparation Instructions • Keep Beyond Burgers frozen until 24 hours prior to use. Cook burgers from refrigerated temperature, not frozen. • Slack burgers out onto trays and thaw out at refrigerated temperature for 24 hours. Once defrosted, burgers are good for 3 days. The natural Applewood flavor is enhanced by cold smoking pork bellies with real Applewood embers after slow curing them in a specialized signature cure process utilizing an old world recipe: a blend of salt, sugar and seasonings. The darker color compared that of other ordinary bacons is an indicator of the intense smoky flavor of Sysco Supreme bacon. To ensure consistent slice thickness and portion control only premium pork bellies are hand selected for optimum sizing prior to producing Sysco Supreme Brand bacon. Available in both Layout and Slab Slice options, Sysco Supreme Applewood Cold Smoked Bacon delivers premium quality bacon options to maximize flavor and profitability.
