At about $50 per person for the meal, customers are ordering more than just entrees. You can expect diners to order appetizers, desserts, and even bottles of wine or Champagne.

Make sure you use room temperature butter it’s essential for making the shortbread. When making the caramel continuously keep stirring so it doesn’t burn. Chill the caramel layer before adding the chocolate or there’s a chance they will mix, and you won’t have even layers.”
