This is one very good Hereford bull calf. Our numbers are small but this bull was an in dam purchased from River Valley in Ontario. His mother is a great female; moderate, long, deep with a tremendous udder. His sire, Glenlees Evolve, is one of the hottest young sires in the Hereford breed. Rock solid will be shown this fall. We feel this heifer is something very special to start off our show heifer calf section of this years sale. This daughter of the $170,000 EXAR Vanquard is truly remarkable in her shape, depth of body, correctness and powerful but with a soft and showy look to her. Her mother hails from the famous Vintage Angus Ranch in California, one of the elite longtime breeding establishments, they know how to breed the great ones. When you realize the powerful EPD data that is bred right in there is no doubt about her ability to become a future donor cow and big time investment return for the new owners. This January daughter of HLC GQ 278 is exquisite in her make up and design tracing back to the Silveras Elba cow family, she is very special indeed. The earning potential on this young lady is very good. We are excited to show her this fall at the Toronto Royal.

Very complete powerful yet retained daughter of the $56,000, Justamere Justice 610F, a bull that has sired some awesome progeny here at Justamere and around the country. This is a real opportunity for a youngster that wants to compete at the top end this fall and into the future.

This heifer has been one talked about and studied hard here all year. She is sired by Semex AI sire, Pine View Raider, who is a very unique pedigreed and performance oriented herdsire. Her beautiful dam, Justamere 1023 Blackcap 611F, an own daughter of 74-51 Sudden Look. We had the misfortune of loosing 611F over the summer but it hasn’t slowed this beauty down. This very correct and complete daughter of Justamere Battle Cry 709G is one of our favorites. Her mother, Evergreen, is a daughter of KR Pacesetter that is a tremendous AI sire we have used for 4 breeding seasons, they are the right kind every time. She will be very competitive in the future.

Opportunities like this are few and far between. This daughter of sire, Barricade, is flat out awesome. She also hails from the Forever Lady female line. She has been shown successfully as a calf and a bred heifer by our good friend and partner, Lee Shologan. Anyone that knows Lee, he is a very enthusiastic young man. We are excited to give you the opportunity to purchase one of the best on offer this fall.

Our good friend and partner, Gord Fenton had to make some tough decisions this fall as we all have had to do he is putting her up for sale and we are happy to have her in the Sale of the Year. This daughter of Genex sire, KCH Dignitary, is one tremendous female. She is long and deep with a lot of rib shape and very correct on her feet and legs. Terms & CONDITIONS

CATTLE INSPECTIONS: All carry permanent identity tags, corresponding to Sale Lot numbers. All cattle shall be available for inspection prior to sale.

ALL CATTLE ARE SOLD: Subject to such tests as required for export under regulations of the Health of Animals Branch, Department of Agriculture for Canada - those corresponding to Bureau of Animal Industry requirements.

BREEDING GUARANTEE: All cattle are sound and right, and all with a responsible breeder guarantee of satisfaction. In the event of any unlikely dispute, the regular terms and conditions, standard with the Canadian Aberdeen Angus Association shall apply.

PREGNANCY: Examinations shall have been conducted prior to sale on all serviced females.

ANNOUNCEMENTS: Errors discovered in the catalogue will be corrected by announcements from the auction stand at sale time and such corrections will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue.

ALL PERSONS who attend the sale do so at their own risk and the Owners, Consignors, Sale Management and Sale Staff assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for property loss or for any accidents that may occur.

HOLDING AND SHIPMENTS: Approximately one week is required for export transfers and other documents to be processed. Export animals will be held at no charge and under excellent care. Joint export shipping arrangements to attain minimum shipping cost will gladly be made by the sale management if instructions to that effect are provided to clerk of the sale when settlement is made.

MAIL BIDS: May be entrusted in complete confidence to any of the Sale Staff listed or to Justamere Farms Ltd.

INSURANCE: Ownership risk to purchaser commences when the Auctioneer’s hammer falls. Livestock coverage will be available at the clerk’s desk from the appointed representatives on sale day, also from the sale management at any time.

TERMS OF SALE: Are cash or cheque at par, payable to Clerks of the sale on Sale Day. U.S. Funds will be accepted at the current rate of exchange. No release will be given until satisfactory settlement has been made. We reserve the right to withhold animals from export shipment for whom payments have not been recieved prior to departure times.

EVERY ANIMAL sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision will be final.
