Welcome to our 11th annual bull sale!
We are coming back to Bow Slope Shipping in Brooks for this sale this year, and we’re bringing some of our top end open commercial heifers as well. This offers all of you an excellent opportunity to dive into some of the best genetics Red Angus has to offer.
The bulls did quite well on their mothers this year with some stunning weaning weights, and on a light grain diet have gained really well on feed this winter. The size and shape of this fleet of bulls is impressive, and knowing the conditions these animals did it in is an opportunity for anyone in the hardgrass region.
We have quite of few sons of our herd sire RED NCJ ROCKEFELLER 22’15L, and we are excited about what these bulls have to offer you. Our home raised sire, RED REBEL CREEK KICKSTART 37K is an industry leader, his first few sons and daughters are amongst the best we have ever raised, so take a good look at these sons when you get a chance. We have also used a couple new black angus sires Cudlobe Comet 91J and LVVF Tanker 14F, and their sons offer some of the freshest and best genetics in the industry. What hasn’t changed is our commitment to offering the best set of bulls we can, we care about the quality of the cow herd and their ability to be a fit for our environment and have the ability to produce profitable prodigy down the line. All bulls and heifers are available to be viewed at the Ranch any day leading up to the sale day.
HEALTH:
All bulls have been vaccinated with Fusogard, Bovashield, and Covexin prior to sale day. All Livestock in the sale are cared for under the certified Cattle Management Solutions total herd health program under the guidance of Blake Balog.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
All sales shall be final and binding. Any dispute shall be settled by the auctioneer at or before the time of sale.
Payment of livestock sold during the sale shall be paid in full, in Canadian funds to Bow Slope Shipping Association unless prior arrangements have been made.
Any errors found in the catalogue will be corrected on sale day by the auctioneer and will take precedence over the catalogue.
Accidents: although every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of the buyers and public, neither the sales management, auctioneer, association or sellers assume any responsibility in this matter and disclaims any liability, legal or otherwise in the event of damage or loss of property, or injury.
Transfer and Registration papers will be paid by the seller, and that no costs of the same be incurred by the purchaser.
All bulls are guaranteed to have passed a semen test performed by a licensed veterinarian and be a sound breeder. Any bull that has not passed a semen test at the time of sale will be declared prior to sale day. These bulls will be kept at Rebel Creek Angus at no additional cost to the buyer and will not be delivered until they have passed a semen test. If the bull does not pass a semen test the bull will be refunded at the request of the purchaser. Any bull who has passed the breeding evaluation is eligible to be insured and is the responsibility of the purchaser to procure insurance, and it will not be the responsibility of Rebel Creek Angus to cover any injury or negative reproductive situations that may arise.
Rebel Creek Angus will not be liable for more than the purchase price of the bull. Bulls will be available to pick up at the conclusion of the sale. Provided that payment is made in full, the buyer will be credited $50 per bull to a maximum of $100 total if they accept the bull sale day. Any bulls returning to Rebel Creek Angus and requiring delivery will be subject to a $100 per bull charge, to a maximum of $200. If the buyer cannot accept the bull within 7 days of the sale, a $40 feeding charge will be made for each week the bull remains at Rebel Creek Angus, excluding bulls that did not pass a semen evaluation. Contact information and delivery instructions must be provided on sale day. Pick up of bulls at Rebel Creek Angus within 10 days of the sale will be free of charge.
The buyer is responsible for acquiring bull insurance. Rebel Creek Angus will not be responsible to compensate for any injury or death occurring to the bull prior to delivery. Any bull who has passed the breeding evaluation is eligible to be insured and is the responsibility of the purchaser to procure insurance, and it will not be the responsibility of Rebel Creek Angus to cover any injury or negative reproductive situations that may arise.
All bulls are available for viewing at the Ranch prior and during the sale. Rebel Creek Angus will not be responsible for any injuries or sickness that may occur from being on the premises. Rebel Creek Angus will accept no responsibility for any actions of the visitors.
Rebel Creek Angus reserves the right to collect semen of any bull for in herd use only at the sellers’ expense and the buyer’s convenience.

Big Timber is a smooth long bodied, dark red hair coated bull with great foot structure. BW, calving ease, combined with YW, RADG all in the top 7% in the breed, Big Timber is a curve-bending genetic package, and his sons are what you can’t miss on.
We’ve used Impala for most of a decade now, and the tank is almost empty now, so consider these sons almost the last chance. His sons have been long and thick, and his daughters have had great udders and have lasted, ¾ of his 2018 born daughters that were bred remain active in 2025! He has produced several of the best bulls we’ve ever raised, look for 02M and 22M sale day.
Tanker is a massive bodied, wide and deep made individual with 1592 lbs. yearling weight and a 42.5 yearling scrotal. Tanker combines top ranking EPD’s, phenotype, muscle, capacity, and soundness with fertility and performance all set on great feet with strong heel depth and excellent claw shape.

Rockefeller is a long smooth bull with thick sturdy legs and impeccable feet. He has a great hair coat and great fleshing throughout. His sons and daughters are more moderate compared to the group, but he looks like he is filling the role I had in mind for him, balanced traits and great functionality. His sons will fit great in a maternal herd.

40 select red angus heifers will be offered in TBD lots at completion of our bull sale. All heifers are NVB, will have passed a heifer palpation test completed by Cattle Health Management, and have all yearling vaccines up to date. All heifers have a full panel of genetic and life information that can be transferred to you if you use the Herdtrax program.
