Welcome to our 2025 Bull Sale lineup.
It is an exciting time to be in the cattle business for a change. We thought prices were decent last fall but they have continued to climb at least until now. All indications are we should see this market continue for some time yet and Charolais sired calves are definitely the best way to capitalize with your market cattle as they are highly sought after by the front row buyers.
Again this year we have a very strong group of deep bodied, soggy bulls with great hair and performance that are coming to you after being fed to grow without hurting them so they last you for years to come.
We also are offering you again this year a group of purebred replacement heifers ready to breed to the bull of your choice. These are heifers that are normally retained in our herd. You are always more than welcome to come and see the lineup in their natural surroundings at home if you like. Videos will be posted a few weeks prior to the sale for you to view at home.
Come early sale day to view the animals and be our guest for lunch.

Farmers and ranchers who have selected and used McAvoy bulls have experienced the financial edge especially in the past decade…. more pounds at weaning and more price per pound by the front row.
The 2025 edition offers a solid lineup of value-added sire prospects… depth in type and quality. Muscle with thickness, shape, optimum in frame size, lots of hair and testicle, bulls for all types of operations. Fresh out-cross genetic diversity and calving friendly, you will find both power and heifer bulls in the offering.
The heifers are in most cases, sisters to the bulls. In this wild market it is difficult to source top quality breeding females in the Charolais breed… McAvoy’s offer you an opportunity to acquire fresh, new genetics whether you are an established breeder or just starting out.

TERMS: The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable at par at the sale location. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made; no invoicing on buyers in attendance unless previous arrangements have been made. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes the auctioneer’s decision will be final. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds.
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION: Each animal will carry papers issued by the Canadian Charolais Association, unless otherwise specified. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.
PEDIGREE ESTIMATES: Pedigree Estimates (PE) are created on the projected mating of the animal’s sire and dam based on averages of the two, creating estimated values that do not hold the same accuracy of actual EPDs issued from the association and should be used as such.
HEALTH: All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements.
LIABILITIES: All persons attend the sale at their own risk. the sellers, facility owner, auctioneer and sale manager assume no liability, legal or otherwise, for any accidents that occur. It is understood that T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. is acting only as a medium between buyer and seller and is not responsible for any failure on the part of either party to live up to his obligations. Neither does T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. assume any financial obligations to collect or enforce collection of any monies between parties and any legal action that may, in exceptional cases, be taken must be between the buyer and seller. T Bar C Cattle Co. (2013) Ltd. assumes no responsibility for any credit extended by the seller to the buyer. The buyer must look to the seller for fulfillment of all guarantees and representations made hereunder.
