Bulls and females to be guaranteed breeders. The guarantee and terms (90 days), shall constitute a contract between the buyer and seller of each lot. The sale managers will not be responsible for accidents, but every precaution will be taken to provide for comfort and safety of the guests. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Immediately after each purchase is declared, the risk of the animal shall be exclusively with the purchaser.
