As I sit here writing this we are in the middle of a snow storm, something that has become a little more normal to us this winter to years past! Its hard to believe we are already back for another bull sale!
The bulls are of the same high quality our buyers have come to expect bulls that have performance, hair, sound structured and foot quality. There is not a bull in the offering that we don’t stand behind to go out and do their job. The bulls are developed on a grass-based diet on free choice hay and are supplemented with a 32% beef supplement and ground mixed grain. The cow herd never sees an ounce of grain after they are turned to grass as yearling heifers they survive solely on pasture, dry hay, haylage, free choice cow mineral and cover crops. We pride ourselves on having a large amount of pasture despite high land values in the area and the cows spend very limited time dry lotted and most the time grazing fields themselves.
The entire cow herd is on modified live vaccine and we are an Express 10 Verified herd. All bulls received Nasel Gen 3 at birth and Pyramid 5 +Presponse and covexin at turn out and again at weaning. All bulls will have a breeding soundness exam closer to sale day.

TERMS
The terms of the sale are cash or cheque, payable at par at sale time. The right of property shall not pass until after settlement has been made; unless previous arrangements have been made. Every animal sells to the highest bidder and in cases of disputes, the auctioneer’s decision will be final. Announcements from the auction block will take precedence over the printed matter in the catalogue. Current exchange rates will be announced sale day. All monies are in Canadian funds.
CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATIONS
Each purebred animal will carry papers issued by the appropriate breed association unless otherwise stated. A certificate of registry duly transferred will be furnished to the buyer for each animal after payment has been made.
HEALTH
All animals in the sale have met all necessary health requirements.
PEDIGREE ESTIMATES
Pedigree Estimates (PE) are created on the projected mating of the animal’s sire and dam based on averages of the two, creating estimated values that do not hold the same accuracy of actual EPDs issued from the association and should be used as such.
