Allen High School-Books For Jamaica – Allen Key Club utilized Books for Jamaica as an opportunity to bring together the entire student body. We hope that the 600 books we received will contribute to the establishment of a library that will bring education and impact the lives of many children, young adults, and generations to come.—Eric Yan Bullard High School – Eliminate Project– Students were asked to bring some of their change to their math class and the teacher had to count and roll the coins before class could start. We knew students hated math, but this project proved how much since some class periods had over $100! —Kayla McPherson Cypress Ridge High School-Elmcroft Nursing Home-Our Key Club has been trying to make this event a monthly thing at least. Usually on Saturday mornings, members head to the local retirement home to help staff out with things and entertain the residents. Our members spend time talking to residents, organizing activities with them, and hearing their stories. –Huy Pham Early High School- Valentines Dance – Regional Advisor Rudy Barron has been struggling with cancer for a few months and in order to encourage him Early Key Club held a Valentines Dance in his honor. We raised money and held the dance at our school. The money raised was given to Walker Cancer Center in Brownwood in Rudy's name. -Samuel Kinnin Harmony School of Advancement - Delete Cancer Walk – Kirstyn, an HS Advancement student, is one of very few people diagnosed with the Cancer known as Avelar Rhabdomyosarcoma. Because of her situation, she was unable to regularly attend school or go out and socialize often. Despite this, Kirstyn has a vision of helping others with similar situations. Sadly, she is unable to go through with this herself because of the physical constraints. In turn, we, her HS Advancement family have taken it upon ourselves to promote and fundraise for the 1st Annual Delete Cancer Walk, in order to help raise awareness and garner support for children and teens living with childhood cancer. – Charles Hunter Kingwood Park High School- Help the Philippines – KPHS Key Club Secretary Christina I. designed a t-shirt as a fundraiser to help rebuild areas affected by Super Typhoon Haiyan, which landed in the Philippines in November 2013. Members sold these t-shirts during school lunches for over a month. Donations will be sent through the American Red Cross. –Christina Israel

Palo Duro High School- Jeans for Teens – Our school is the closest to Downtown Amarillo, which isn't one of the best places to be. Homeless people are everywhere, struggling just to get by. It wasn't until one faithful visit to the Faith City Mission Homeless Shelter that our Key Club wanted to do something about the situation. When visiting, we soon learned that many homeless teens come here, sometimes with only the clothes on their backs. Our president and I soon decided we wanted to do something about this situation. So, we decided to partner up with our local Aeropostale in the event called "Jeans For Teens" which collects donated jeans to help in aid of the homeless teens. In total, Palo Duro High School raised over 90 jeans in about a month or so. Although it wasn't that much, what matters is that we were able to serve our community and help those in need. -Kelly Phommachanh Randall High School-Work Day – Randall has started this new work days where we do several projects all at once at the school. We do these a couple times during the year. It is just time for us to get a lot of members doing service. We do different stations where each station has a different project to do. This time around we had three projects going on. At one place we had about four people making Linus Blankets for the Ronald McDonald House. That night they made about five blankets. We also partnered with our sponsoring Kiwanis club with there flag project. We helped by stapling brochures to envelopes, that we be delivered to house so they could have a flag put in front of their house during certain holidays. At our third station we had about ten members making valentines for our school's teachers. It was a way to show our appreciation to them and give them a smile. We find that doing these workdays can help get out members caught up on hours and get more projects done. —Ian Avila
