It’s July, Key Clubbers! This is a time for the outdoors, latenight Harry Potter marathons, and most importantly, a renewed commitment to service. As during the year, clubs are still encouraged to schedule officer meetings, attend volunteer events, and continue submitting monthly newsletters and articles. The new article/newsletter policy was first implemented during May. Keep in mind that I grade articles, so be sure to submit all articles and newsletters to both Usman and me. Starting in August, if both of us haven’t received your publications, you will not receive points. Another thing to keep in mind is that Fall Rally is closer than it may seem. In order to raise the maximum number of funds, begin publicizing the event now. The more people who go, the more fun we have, and the more lives we save through Eliminate.

CLUB CHECKLIST ü Continue familiarizing yourselves with graphic standards ü Submit articles, newsletters, and bulletins to both editor@tokeyclub.com and secretary@tokeyclub.com by August 5 ü Locate the month’s article topics and delegate article assignments on July 15 ü Begin publicizing Fall Rally ü Hold multiple summer service events, board meetings, etc. ü Schedule events with Kiwanis and/or your local Circle K chapter, as a way to increase KFam cohesion ü View the May/June Tex-O-Key (you should’ve received an email from your LTG) ü Schedule a call with one of the staff members, if need be
