For me it’s a God-send. SRA
Senior Resource A S S O C I AT I O N
For me it’s friendly faces. Homebound seniors are on a waiting list right now to receive Meals on Wheels — their only hot meal of the day.
For me it’s my respite. Countless caregivers need respite — and the confidence that their loved one can remain living safely at home with family.
For me it’s helping those in neeed. Something nice about helping and volunteering.
For me it’s feeling loved.
For SRA it’s more than a meal. Dear Friends: Each year, I’m humbled by the generosity of our community and by the clients and families that we serve every day. I’m forever grateful for our donors, dedicated staff and volunteers that make our programs possible and so successful. Without you, we couldn’t serve thousands of hot, nutritious meals to homebound seniors. There would be no place for families to bring their loved one for safe, specialized care. No respite for weary caregivers. And no place for seniors and disabled adults to turn when there’s no one else to offer a hand. The demands for our services are growing exponentially. By 2022, our senior population is predicted to represent more than 33% of the community, so this trend will surely continue for years to come. Thank you for giving as generously as possible. And we hope you will let us know what giving to SRA means to you! Sincerely, Karen B. Rose Deigl
