Taisa Borges

Taisa Borges's received her art education at the French Fine Arts Institute, Beaux Artes, and her fashion design education at Studio Berçot, both in Paris. Her illustrations have been published in newspapers and magazines like, Brazil's largest circulation newspaper 'Folha de Sao Paulo", and the brazilian Vogue Magazine among others. She has received several prizes with her image books, as for instance, the "Best Illustration Book for Children" in 2005 given by "FNLIJ"(Brazilian's national institute for children's book), and her books have been added to didatic and school book reccomendation both in national and local ( Sao Paulo ) levels.
