After ensuring energy performance, and securing financing the taka solutions team will design and implement all energy saving measures in the building. During this time building maintenance personnel will be educated and trained on the new operation techniques and equipment that is installed in the building.

Once the upgrades have been installed they must be monitored, verified and maintained. Using sensors and the building management system the equipment, devices and systems will be monitored and recorded to ensure it is operating in the specified range to guarantee energy and cost savings that meet the project targets.
