AD SIZES: Follow ad size specifications & guidelines provided in this document. Ads that do not meet exact size specifications listed on the rate card will be shrunk, enlarged or have a border placed around their advert to fit.

REQUIRED FORMAT:

PDF format files are required for submission. We recommend that all images be submitted at 300 DPI, at the size they will appear in your eMagazine.

Take Five does not support TIFF, multi-frame GIFs,word docs, powerpoint or any image with a transparency

IN-HOUSE DESIGN SERVICES

PHOTOS: Supplied images should be high res (300 dpi) in CMYK.

B/W images must be high res (300 dpi) grayscale. Images supplied in RGB will be converted to CMYK.

LOGOS:

PNG files are preferred. Type must be converted to outlines unless the fonts are provided. Jpgs should be 300 dpi.

Native files supplied for corrections/adjustments, must be accompanied by the fonts and links used in those files.

If we do not receive instructions regarding your materials, the most recent ad of the same size scheduled will be picked up. Materials received after the deadline may incur late fees, unless an ad extension is arranged with ad services prior to the deadline.
