Stolen goods in storage unit Laurelle Williams laurelle@tametimes.co.za Four suspects were caught red-handed offloading about R1 million of stolen electrical appliances into a storage unit in the Penny Lane area, just off the R82/ Old Vereeniging Road in Eikenhof, on 29 September. This occurred after JMPD and SAPS joined forces after receiving a tipoff. The items, which included fridges, stoves, microwaves, DVD-players and other electrical appliances, were from a truck that was hijacked on 25 September in Alberton. The stolen goods, that had just been purchased in Lenasia, were being transported to Maputo, and the hijacked truck was found empty in Randfontein shortly after the hijacking. Richard Pearson, a representative from John Pearson & Associates, which provides assessment services to business in the areas of financial risk, loss adjustment and risk surveying, specialising in criminal investigation, was on the scene and told tame TIMES that his organisation runs a programme that hunts down syndicates such as these. He explained that DEFY is one of their clients and that one of his employees had been on the criminals’ tails since the hijacking, constantly watching them moving the products around. When tame TIMES contacted the owner of the storage unit in Penny Lane, she explained that the space had only been rented out that Thursday and that she was informed that her customers would be storing their furniture in
it. “In the contract it stipulates that no stolen, illegal substances or flammable goods are allowed to be stored in the units. We don’t have access to the storage units as clients use their own locks,” the owner explained. She went on to say that she and her staff never enter the units in case there is theft and the client blames them for it. Pearson added that there are no regulations for storage units, which allows criminals to take advantage of their services. tame TIMES spoke to the owner of a storage unit in Sandton, who explained that, in his

What did my daughter die from? Laurelle Williams
laurelle@tametimes.co.za
UNRESOLVED HEARTACHE: Fiona Baker and her daughter Shaylan who passed away - allegedly due to negligence at South Rand Hospital Moffatview resident Fiona Baker, 29, not only has to deal with the loss of her seven-year-old daughter, Shaylan, but is also desperately trying to find out why the little girl passed away in the South Rand Hospital on 25 September. The 29-year-old is angry at the hospital, as she believes it was a result of negligence on the part of the hospital staff that her daughter passed away. Even the cause of death is not certain, as Shaylan’s death certificate states “natural causes,” although one of the doctors told Fiona’s father that Shaylan died from malaria when, in fact, Shaylan was first diagnosed with tonsillitis. Last week the Department of Health visited the Baker home in a block of flats in Simmer Crescent to find out if there were malaria cases in the area; but, according to Fiona, even these officials said they did not think her daughter died of malaria.
The little girl was taken to the clinic on 19 September, feverish and complaining of a sore throat. She was diagnosed with tonsillitis and given antibiotics. She recovered, but on 24 September – after taking a drastic turn for the worse – the child was rushed to South Rand Hospital by paramedics. “Her temperature was 39 degrees and she was screaming but they (South Rand) would not admit her until I paid my R20,” Fiona told tame TIMES. Fiona explained that her daughter was administered calming drops (she saw two valves next to her child) and, immediately after this, her child soiled herself. “I believe they gave her too much and that is why she messed herself,” Fiona said. Once her daughter was admitted, Fiona went home and then returned, only to find her daughter naked, crying and with her tongue thick in her mouth. “She had obviously messed herself again so they just undressed her and left her like that.” At this point, one of the nurses was overheard saying to another nurse, in an African language that Fiona understands, that she had gastroenteritis. “How can she have tonsillitis and then gastroenteritis?” Fiona questioned. At this stage Shaylan was frothing at the mouth and when the Fiona asked why this was happening, the nurses said they did not know as they had just come on shift. Then, at 4:30 on 25 September, they called the Baker family to say that the child had passed away. Clr Fay Chame, the ward councillor said, ”My sympathies are with the family and I hope this can be taken up to higher powers so another child’s life can be saved.” tame TIMES has tried to contact South Rand Hospital for comment, but without success.
Long queues Welcome to October at South Rand Patients at the South Rand Hospital sit in crowded conditions and wait most of the day in long queues to get their file, see a doctor and receive medicine. Jack Bloom MPL, DA Gauteng Shadow MEC for Health, saw this on his visit there last week as part of the DA’s campaign to shorten hospital queues. The official waiting times posted on the walls are as follows: Outpatients – 2 hours Pharmacy – I hour 20 minutes Accident and Emergency – 1 hour 40 minutes “But patients told me that average times are far longer,” said Bloom, “often stretching into most of the day. An elderly man told me that he had arrived at 7:15, and he only got his medicine at 13:30. I saw no evidence of the project announced by Gauteng Health MEC Qedani Mahlangu in her July budget speech to put 2000 patient files at this hospital on to a real-time integrated electronic system.” He added that drawing a file is still a laborious exercise that patients have told him can take up to two hours. “The intercom system is broken at the pharmacy, so patients’ names have to be shouted. The waiting area is too small and too close to the queue for the outpatient’s clinic in the corridor.” Bloom will monitor the promised electronic replacement of patient files at this hospital which MEC Mahlangu has promised will reduce the time needed to find a file to under ten minutes.

This year seems to be zooming past. We are three months away from Christmas and, to be more exact, there are 78 more days until Christmas. I know this as I have a colleague who gives us an update every day because she just loves Christmas and is excited. I love Christmas as well, as it is celebrating my Saviour, Jesus Christ’s birth; however, I will be honest and admit it overwhelms me that we are already so close to the end of the year. However, I shall not fear and will welcome the reminder that we have to cherish every day and moment we have. I was blessed with memorable moments this past week when I bonded with my father and brother-in-law at EFC34. Yes, strangely enough, I am a fan of EFC - even though my father says I look like I am so scared and going to start crying while I watch it. It is moments like these that I enjoy, that you do not only have bonding moments with females, but with males as well. It is a different type of bonding - there is not much talking or sharing of emotions, just being in each other’s presence and all enjoying the sport together as one; yet you walk away feeling so much closer to them. The second bonding session was with my Home Group friends when we competed against other Home Groups at the my church’s Young Adults Quiz night. Again, it was just working together as a team, recognising talents or knowledge that you might have overlooked with the same goal in mind, which was to win. We did not win, but what we walked away with was great team spirit that will only help us encourage each other. With October here, that also means that Breast Cancer Awareness is in full swing. tame TIMES supports this worthy cause hence the pink theme throughout the paper. If you have any stories relating to this great cause and would like them to be featured in the paper, please email laurelle@ tametimes.co.za. With that said, welcome to October and cherish those memorable bonding moments.

“The Minister dismisses various critical technical infrastructure problems at the time of this crisis: - Poor maintenance – numerous instances of pump failure and pipe failure have been reported, and these have not been sufficiently addressed; - Lack of backup response management – Rand Water ought to have backup arrangements in respect of power outages, which have now become common and will remain so over the next few years; and - Lack of technical competence – the consequential failures experienced over the past three weeks should have been foreseen and mitigated by engineering management,” Basson said. He added that Ekurhuleni Metro, for example, records 1 200 million litres of water losses per day due to faulty infrastructure and thus loses R500 million in water revenue per year.

According to government, the system has been stabilized and will be monitored for two weeks. All areas will be supplied with water, although water load shifting will take place, which will involve the redirection of some of the water meant for certain areas to others. When the question was posed about whether the problem was that a R2 billion budget was needed, Mokonyane responded, “The issue is not about money - 45% of that budget is available. It is about needing a plan.” Leon Basson MP, DA Shadow Deputy Minister of Water and Sanitation, has said that the Minister is misleading the residents of Gauteng by blaming the collapse of water provision on a single instance of cable theft. “Cable theft is a contributor to the problem, but the reality is that we are facing this crisis because the Water Affairs Department has not maintained our infrastructure adequately,” Basson said. Basson explained that, at a meeting with

GeneralNews NOOOOO to e-tolls R5,8bn to repair Many motorists are still standing firm and refusing to pay e-tolls, with thousands uniting at an anti-e-toll protest that took place on 27 September starting at Panorama Flea Market. Signatures of motorists and bikers who are against the e-toll system were collected and will be handed over to the Minister of Transport, along with a memorandum expressing motorists’ disapproval of e-tolls. Numerous written submissions to the e-toll review panel were also collected and will be delivered to the panel. After the paperwork was done, the protesters - bikers as well as motorists - were then escorted by JMPD in a clockwise direction around the e-toll freeways, proceeding at a painfully slow 40km/h in the fast lanes of these highways. Protesters could leave the protest at any off-ramp they chose.
CANINE SUPPORT: The e-toll protest was supported by the JOY dogs of Glenvista.
The following rules were laid down by the JMPD for the protesters to adhere to: - All normal rules of the road apply - No dangerous weapons - No alcohol - No littering - No intimidation of non-participants - No disturbance to public safety or order - No hanging out of vehicles - No exiting of vehicles - Vehicles must be roadworthy - Bikers must wear helmets If you are affected by e-tolls, you are urged to submit your written submission opposing the system to etollspanel@gauteng.gov.za before the end of October 2014. Please visit www.proudlyetagfree. co.za for more information.

Joburg Roads
According to Clr Tyrell Meyer, spokesperson for Roads in the City of Johannesburg, the municipality has admitted that it will cost at least R5,8 billion to repair the city’s roads. The DA believes this figure may even be an under-estimate, as many of the city’s “poor” and “very poor” roads may need to be replaced entirely. At least 27% of Johannesburg’s roads are ranked “poor” or “very poor” by the city’s own admission. These figures were revealed by the Johannesburg Roads Agency in the fourth quarter report to the Transport Section 79 committee on the state of the city’s 10 552 km paved road network. The report revealed that 34% of the city’s roads are considered "very good;" 18%, “good;” 21%, “fair;” 21%, “poor” and 6%, “very poor.” These figures will, of course, change on an annual basis, as the road network continues to age. Meyers said, “It costs far less to maintain a road than to build one, and the City of Johannesburg’s failure to maintain roads is the reason that it now faces this monumental repair backlog. The new roads will cost the people of Johannesburg R3m per km. Where the DA governs, roads are maintained while they are still 'good' or 'fair' so as to prevent their reaching a poor or very poor condition.”
Morné Brits, Chairman of the Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve Association has responded to last week’s E.coli article. His response reads as follows: The Klip River has a very big catchment area, running from Booysens, through Crown Mines, through most of Soweto, before it turns east and runs below (south of) the Klip River Hills. The Bloubosspruit is merely one of the tributaries that originate in the Mondeor/ Meredale/Ridgeway/WinchesterHills/ Suideroord area. What happens in the Klip
large portions of the sewerage network in and around Johannesburg are running at or above capacity and any minor blockages inevitably result in sewage spills. The increase in housing developments and infrastructure is frequently not met by an equal increase in sewerage infrastructure and capacity. I assume that at any given point in time there are at least half a dozen leaking sewerage lines and manholes in the south of Johannesburg. The problem is compounded by irresponsible behaviour by citizens who illegally channel storm water into sewerage
River in terms of water quality has no bearing on the Bloubosspruit, seeing that Klip River water does not flow into the Bloubosspruit. The reverse is true, as the Bloubosspruit water (and its pollutants) flow into the Klip River. You can therefore not make the assumption that if there is E.coli or any other pollutant or pathogen in the Klip River, that it will also occur in the Bloubosspruit. I attend the Klip River Forum meetings and see the results of the water quality analysis done by the City of Johannesburg. From the results presented, I doubt that there is a single stream in Johannesburg that does not have E.coli and that most of these streams have a rating of very high E. coli counts. This does not mean that any of these streams have the harmful E.coli; the routine E.coli tests merely look for E.coli and not specific strains. All faecal matter of warm-blooded animals (i.e. humans, dog, birds etc.) have E.coli and the presence of a dog dropping next to the stream or a duck defecating in the water will result in the presence of E.coli in the water. The quantity of E.coli is, however, used as an indicator of potential health threats as high E.coli counts are often associated with sewage spills, and water with a high E.coli counts is therefore more likely to contain harmful pathogens such as the O157:H7 E. coli strain, cholera bacteria and many others. The mere presence of E.coli in the Klip River or Boubosspruiit is in itself not significant. It is highly unlikely that anyone will contract harmful bacteria by merely picnicking next to the stream, because it is not airborne and direct contact with the water (or with someone who has had contact with the contaminated water) is required to spread the diseases. Therefore it is important to distinguish between the E.coli bacteria as a group (most of which are harmless and, in fact, a normal part of our gut flora) and the harmful E.coli bacteria strain.
lines.
Sewage spills It is a well-known fact, though grudgingly if at all admitted by the powers-that-be, that
KNRA river monitoring programme The Klipriviersberg Nature Reserve Association (KNRA) is very concerned with the poor quality of water running through the streams in the nature reserve. As an organization run by volunteers, we have limited capacity to address these problems. Despite this, we have initiated a river monitoring programme (part of our Klipriviersberg Public Research Initiative, KliPRI) in association with Irwin Juckes of River Watch South Africa. At this stage we are doing bio-monitoring using the SASS protocol, which uses aquatic invertebrates as an indicator of river health. By doing quarterly monitoring, we can show trends and changes in water quality that will hopefully convince the authorities to be more pro-active in addressing sewage spills when they occur and upgrading the sewerage infrastructure to reduce the number of spills. We are also in the process of developing an early warning system for detecting sewage in the water, locating the source of spills and using effective means of reporting this to the authorities to ensure appropriate action and a follow-up system to make sure the sources of the spills are effectively dealt with. In future we hope to initiate a public awareness programme, as everyone living in the catchment of our stream can make a difference. We will most likely focus on surface runoff (i.e. storm water belongs in our streams and should not be channelled into our sewerage lines), reducing the amount of sewage water entering the system from households (i.e. applying water-saving techniques), ways to use “grey water” around the house as well as the reduction of other forms of pollution (e.g. backwashing of pools, oil spills etc.). For any of these initiatives to be successful, we need the help of local residents to form part of the early warning system, to detect the source of the spills, to take part in our river monitoring and to form part of our river walks assessments.
Anyone who wants to help with this KNRA initiative, be that in early detection, locating the spills or involvement with the technical side, i.e. river monitoring or the river walk assessment, can contact me at info@kironia.co.za or call me on 074 245 6359. Alternately they can join and post on the KliPRI Facebook page.

Keep sharing with us Norma Rudham writes:
I would like to encourage you, Laurelle Williams, to keep sharing with us in Journey to 30 something. We are a body and none of us should stand alone. Jesus knew what we would have to go through for His Name’s sake. I would like to encourage you to persevere and refer you to a few scriptures “Blessed is he who is persecuted for my name’s sake”. Get used to it, the persecution will get progressively worse as we reach the end, “but he who perseveres to the end will be saved.” We must all make up our minds to reach the finish line, whatever the cost. As you are most probably aware, at the end when hopefully we have gone up in the rapture, some of those persons embracing Christianity will be beheaded so we just have to tell ourselves that what we sometimes have to go through is minor compared to that. “Whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, then you depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feel. Verily I say unto you, it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrah in the Day of Judgment than for that city.” We must accept that some people are not open to hear the gospel message: “Hearing you shall hear and not
understand and seeing you shall see and not perceive. For this people’s heart is waxed gross……………..” It appears that the person who criticized you is not a believer, otherwise he or she would have known that we are commanded to spread the gospel and bear witness of Jesus. Therefore, the scripture telling us to go first to our brother would not be relevant to the non-believer. However, it would have been merely a matter of common courtesy to discuss this issue with you first. Being a Christian is not easy as the world no longer seems to be interested. Maybe you are also familiar with Matthew Chapter 24, where we are told that the love of many will grow cold and there will be a falling away. In fact, Jesus says “When the Son of Man comes, will He even find faith on earth.” In any event, it seems that you are determined to stand firm and it is always an encouragement to fellow Christians to see other believers who are prepared to stand for what they believe. So, keep on proclaiming the Name of Christ. I love to read testimony from other believers.
We stand with you for Jesus

RUBBING SHOUDLERS WITH A STAR: Southgate marketing representatives Ralph Chivaviro and Nozipho Kumalo with American R&B artist KEM
Southgate Mall, in association with Massive Events Live, hosted KEM, international R&B/Soul sensation and South African superstar Vusi Nova on 20 September for a meet-and-greet and CD autograph session at the food court. R&B and soul lovers had the opportunity to meet the artists up close, have their CDs autographed and take photographs before the star’s live performances at Carnival City. Southgate Mall ran a competition for shoppers who spent R200 or more on their fashion or entertainment selection and entered for the draw. Ten lucky shoppers won 10 double tickets to watch the KEM live in concert. Amongst the lucky winners were Ryan Salerio, Jume Sihlangu, Rukshana Goondie, Vumile Velaphi and Keeves Davids.

In-store ATM blown up An ATM was bombed in a pizzeria/ shop in Stanmore Crescent, Kibler Park when four suspects, one armed, robbed the store on the morning of Saturday 27 September. The four entered the store and held up the complainant and three customers. “Whilst holding them up, one suspect went to the FNB ATM within the store and placed explosives there. The other suspects robbed the shop of airtime worth R20 000, cartons of cigarettes, R13 000 cash, a Galaxy Notepad 3 and a cellphone,” Cst Elizabeth Mnguni, Mondeor SAPS spokeswoman said. The four suspects hid behind the counter while the explosives detonated and then took an unknown amount of cash from the ATM. Boksburg hijacking leads cops to Ormonde Investigating a Boksburg hijacking led police to arrest two Malawian nationals and to confiscate computers and printers suspected of being used to produce fraudulent car licences and vehicle registration documents. A Mercedes Benz sedan hijacked last week in Boksburg was tracked down in Johannesburg by a joint effort comprising of EMPD Intervention Unit and SAPS Observation Task Team members. They picked up the hijacked vehicle’s signal in Bez Valley at around 4:00 on 1 October and followed it, arresting the Malawian national driver when he stopped for fuel in Ormonde.
At the suspected hijacker’s home in Ormonde, they arrested another Malawian national and confiscated computers and printers suspected of being used to produce fraudulent car licences and vehicle registration documentation. R45 000 in cash was also found in the home. The two suspects, whose ages are 22 and 31, were charged with possession of a stolen vehicle at Booysens Police Station. The police are currently conducting in-depth investigations to analyze the equipment confiscated, with a view to establishing the extent of the suspects’ illegal activities.

Violence mars Deep in the Woods concert
Alberton SAPS are investigating three cases of attempted murder following a shooting incident at the Deep in the Woods concert at Meyers Farm on Saturday afternoon. Three people, including the suspect, a well-known boxer from the area, have been described as being in a critical condition at the hospital. It is alleged that two men who attended the concert had an argument. One of them pulled out a pistol and started shooting at the other one. In the process, three people were wounded, of whom two were bystanders. A member of the public, alleged to be a police reservist, was on the scene at the time of the incident and also fired a shot at the suspect. The suspect, who was wounded, was then disarmed.
The victims were immediately transported to the hospital. One of the female victims was treated and discharged. Three others, including the suspect, were seriously wounded and are described as critical. “The suspect was immediately put under police guard as he will be facing three cases of attempted murder, said Provincial Police Spokesperson Col Dlamini. The organizers of Deep in the Woods confirmed the incident. According to them, a patron entered the venue with his girlfriend, with a firearm in her handbag, the incident occurred and shots were discharged. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the injured and their families,” said Mark Sham, event organizer.

School News Under the baobab tree
A charming selection of stories and songs will come to life at the National Children’s Theatre from this Tuesday until Sunday 12 October. The story begins when a beloved Gogo dies, and her great-grandchildren are surprised to hear that they have inherited a large, dusty, old suitcase. They call their friends to help open the suitcase. As they all gather under the baobab tree, they carefully uncover a treasure-trove of mementos: some old photographs, a tape recorder, other odds and ends, including traditional garments and hats. Not knowing what this all means, they have great fun making up stories around these “treasures,”
and listening, eventually singing and dancing also, to music from great-grandma’s collection, including songs by Johnny Clegg, Miriam Makeba and Mango Groove. A superb multi-talented cast takes the audience into a suitcase filled with fun, action, beautiful music, pulsating rhythm and dance. Adapted and directed by Francois Theron, this delightful production promises to entertain and enthral young audiences and teach them some valuable lessons about friendship. Most of all, it will instil pride in our rich, unique South African culture and heritage. When: Mondays to Saturdays during government school term Dates: Tuesday 7 October to Sunday 12 October Place: National Children’s Theatre, 3 Junction Avenue, Parktown. Tours: to schools by arrangement Ticket prices: Tickets for chairs are R110 and tickets for cushions are R90. Tickets for pensioners over 65 are R90 per person. Champagnat Spring Carnival 125 Marist Brothers Linmeyer hosted their "Champagnat Spring Carnival 125" – a celebration of 125 years of Marist Education in Johannesburg - on 27 September. This certainly was a Family Fun day filled with exciting activities. A selection of delicious foods and various craft stalls selling creative and entrepreneurial items gave buyers plenty of choice. Beautiful children’s artwork was exhibited and delicious cakes and treats filled the Tea Garden. A choice of carnival rides and the fun-filled Entertainment Corner, which included karaoke and dancing competitions, had children entertained for hours. One of the highlights was the Colour Festival: an opportunity to throw coloured powder in the air and a chance to celebrate the colours of everyday life. Children and parents joined in the fun, while good local music was heard throughout the day. A very big thank you is expressed to all parents and to the local LOVING COLOUR: Marist Brothers learners community for their support. enjoy the colour

Off to Nationals
Resilience Gymnastic Club members Roche Klein, Gomolemo Morodi, Katlego Masako, Ayanda Njomosi, Donelle Maccario and Lejodian Smith, who compete at Higher Levels, all qualified for the SA Games that will be held in October in Cape Town. All six artistic gymnasts first took part in a friendly competition in Kempton Park and then the Central Gauteng Regionals in Pretoria, where most of them received top three placings in apparatus and final standings. The Gauteng Inter-Provincials took place in September, where all six gymnasts qualified for Nationals. These gymnasts will receive
their Gauteng Provincial Colours for their achievements. A thank you must go out to coaches Roxanne and Vincent van Herwaarde for all their hard work, as well as to the gymnasts who put in extra hours of training to get these excellent results. Two fundraisers were held recently in the Brackenhurst area to assist some of the gymnasts, who are from a disadvantaged community, to make their dream to go to Cape Town come true. Thank you to all the people who donated so generously to this cause.

VICTORY: Francois Hougaard gave the Boks hope with his try. * Photo taken from Sport24 Facebook. The Springboks ended the Castle Lager Rugby Championship season with a great win over the All Blacks with a score of 27-25 at Ellis Park on Saturday. Young player Handre Pollard scored two tries, adding 19 points as the Boks showed their determination in the first hour. South Africans gathered in the legendary Ellis Park and the atmosphere was electric as the build-up continued in anticipation of the two best sides in the world facing each other. Man of the Match Duane Vermeulen had a great impact on the team. The first try was scored by Francois Hougaard, who stepped out of Israel Dagg’s tackle to finish off an 80- metre try that gave the Boks hope. Pollard showed everyone, on the stroke of halftime, that he had earned his
Springbok colours when he beat both Aaron Smith and Barrett, rolled through Richie McCaw’s tackle and put the Boks up 21-13. Pollard added another penalty shortly after halftime to extend the lead to 11 points. The All Blacks, as always, put up a fight and it was not long before Conrad Smith scored. Dane Coles raised the suspense when he took the All Blacks into a 25-24 lead in the 70th minute. Liam Messam’s tackle, that ended up being a swinging arm, rewarded the Boks with a penalty and of course Pat Lambie made it count. It was a victory that not only ended a 22-match unbeaten record for the New Zealanders, but also allowed the rest of the rugby world to breathe a sigh of relief, knowing they are not invincible.

Iron Lion chokes The Monster Laurelle Williams laurelle@tametimes.co.za Only one of the twelve fights of the Extreme Fighting Championships (EFC) 34 hosted at Carnival City last Thursday went to the judges. The two colossal title fights, Mynhardt vs. Mdoko and Pena vs. Groenewald, both lived up to the pre-fight anticipation inside the arena. Mdoko said in his pre-fight interview that the Hexagon was going to be painted red, and so it was - but with Mdoko’s own blood. Pretoria native Leon “Iron Lion” Mynhardt maintains his lightweight title after annihilating Cape Town’s Sibusiso “The Monster” Mdoko with a rear naked choke for the victory. He showed exactly why he is one of the most destructive athletes in the ring. Demarte “The Wolf” Pena, who was clearly a crowd favourite, was welcomed into the Hexagon with a live performance duo instead of the usual recorded song. He is clearly determined to take showmanship and entertainment to the next level. The Wolf stepped up to defend his bantamweight title for the first time against Francois Groenewald, making pulp out of him by pounding relentlessly even when it was clear that Groenwald was on his last legs. Instead of allowing him to drop, he played with him like a cat with a mouse. Pena finished the challenger after he landed a right cross in the fourth round, forcing the referee to stop the fight and award the TKO victory. Full the full results visit www.efcworldwide.com.
