if you’re reading this, you’ve made it through the summer in one piece (hopefully). now, as the first day of school fast approaches, it’s back to the grind of academic schedules, football practice and homework. To help prepare and inspire your kids for the upcoming school year, Tampa Bay Parenting is hosting our fifth annual Back to School Fair on Aug. 11 at the Glazer Children’s Museum in downtown Tampa. For just $5 per person, you and your family can enjoy the state-of-the-art museum and all of the exhibitors who want to help your kids have the best school year ever. Head over to www.backtoschoolfair.com for more information.
Me, left, and my sist er Christie on the firs t day of second grade and kinderg arten, respectively.
As your kids prepare to head back to the classroom, arranging doctors’ visits for your children is probably at the top of your list. On page 28, Dr. Charles Welborn of After Hours Pediatrics discusses the importance of these annual physicals and having a primary care physician who can help track your child’s health. The back-to-school season also means that you’ll be heading to the store to stock up on school supplies. They may not be on your list, but we’ve compiled some goodies on page 14 that are worth considering to get your kids excited about the school year. if you think you’ll burn a hole in your pocket, Jackie Callaway of ABC Action news offers saving tips on page 10. if you haven’t heard, the annual Cover Kid Search is under way! if you think your cutie has what it takes to be on our cover, enter them in our yearly search. Who knows, they may grace the cover in 2013. Visit www.tbparenting.com/CKS13 for more information. Don’t forget to set your DVR for Parents in Action on Thursdays at noon on ABC Action news. This month i’ll be covering back-to-school topics and making sure you’re prepared for the 2012-13 school year. Enjoy the remaining days of summer!

It’s a fact – children with strong reading skills perform better in school, have a healthy self-image, and become lifelong learners! now that my youngest is headed to kindergarten and my daughter is starting third grade, i, like many parents, have two lengthy supply lists to fulfill in the coming weeks. According to the national Retail Federation consumers are expected to drop $87 billion on school supplies in 2012! Teacher lists appear to be getting longer but that doesn’t mean you need to spend more money this year. Fall clothes, school supplies and backpacks showed up in store displays in July, which may translate into early mark downs in the young men’s, juniors and children’s departments. But the prices won’t hit rock bottom until August. This is the time to buy. Consider shopping during the state’s sales tax holiday, Aug. 3-5. Expect retailers to piggy back on the tax break discounting qualifying items from clothes to computers. And the Internet and social media make finding deals even easier. Some coupon moms list www.southernsavers.com, www.hip2save.com, www.savingcentswithsense.net and www.truecouponing.com among their go to sites for deals. These websites pair lists of sale items at your favorite stores. They also guide you to coupons so you can save the most money possible on every item on your list. i recently went to www.truecouponing.com and pulled up the Publix ad. it includes a list of school supplies on sale, and the location of any applicable coupons, such as in the Sunday circulars, is listed just below each item.
you also can “like” some of these sites so all of the deals show up in the news feed on your Facebook page. How simple is that! Let’s keep each other posted on the best deals! Moms united to save money! if you have a smartphone, check out the Geo Coupons App for discount codes on brand specific items. For example, if your eighth grader has her eye on an L.L. Bean backpack, you could check for a discount code before checking out. Retail Me not, www.retailmenot.com, works much the same way. i checked out www.bradsdeals.com and typed “back to school” at www.retailmenot. com. We verified the finds with retailers, they included: •
$15 Staples gift card for $8
•
Up to 55% percent off Staples school supplies
•
Apple is offering $300 off a Mac or $50 off an iPad purchase
•
$5 a month off T-Mobile phone plans
There were also coupon codes for The Children’s Place, Macy’s and Tilly’s clothing stores. Another good site is eBates. it allows you to earn money back on all your online purchases. And don’t forget to register all credit and debit cards with Upromise and earn money toward college! There are dozens of methods to cutting costs when shopping for the basics, none of which needs to take up too much of your time. There is no need to scour coupon inserts and sales flyers when money saving information is just a few key strokes away. Good luck with this year’s back-to-school shopping and take the precious time to enjoy the last weeks of summer with your kids! Jackie Callaway is on the investigative team of ABC Action News. The Emmy winning journalist has been the consumer investigator since 2003.

A
s summer begins to slip away and the busy fall looms, i challenge all parents to spend the remaining weeks of summer embracing the beautiful, yet frustrating, “Why?” “Why does a tree grow standing up?” “Why does an airplane stay in the sky?” “Why is red red?” A child’s innate curiosity and wonder of how and why things work/are/exist is a quality that we must foster and challenge ourselves to embrace not squelch. Children are born with a desire and ability to question. Their natural tendency, when faced with something unknown, is to try to figure it out. Ever sit back and watch an 18 month old take blocks in and out of a container? They will repeat the same activity over and over again as their little brains are trying to make sense of what is happening. Physics is at work! Do they understand or even know the word physics? Of course not, but they are actively pursuing the study of physics. As a child of a physicist and a librarian, the quest for knowledge and understanding was encouraged and even demanded in our household. The best dinner table conversation centered on how to figure things out. As parents and teachers, we should all play this role to guide and encourage our children and students to figure things out! Sadly, somewhere along the journey, many parents and teachers grow tired of answering that wonderful yet nagging question why?
How can adults help foster a child’s wonder?
Join the party! Take a moment and look at
the world around you. Ever wonder why the sky is blue? Ever really want to know how the Florida clouds are formed to create the incredibly beautiful painting we see in the sky each day? Don’t just look past these wonders. Take a moment and feel that childlike wonder again. i promise it will get your mind energized to learn something new. We are surrounded by cause for inquiry. Sadly, we often look right past it!
Invite your child into your mind. As
you spend time fostering your inquiring mind, talk about what you see and want to know with your child. Verbalize your personal wonder and
then seek the answer together! The internet is an easily accessible and amazing source of information. (Do be sure to be cautious about your searches so that you are accessing credible information. Many libraries and schools have online catalogs of sources that have been screened for credibility.)
Really listen to the whys. As parents of
young children, it is so easy to tune out once you hear that magic word. instead of tuning out, really listen to the question and take a moment to think about where this inquiring mind is trying to go. As educators, we know that inquiry-based learning is the key to creating critical thinkers in our 21st century world of business and education. inquiry-based learning is just a fancy continued on page 22

way to say, “Let’s stop a moment and think about why these things happen.” your young child may not be asking why the Cold War started (as we hope our middle school history students will), but the early inquiry process must be fostered and honored. if we sweep our young inquiring minds under the carpet, or even worse, squash this innate desire to know and understand the world around them, our future learners are in great jeopardy. The next time your child asks you why, try answering this way: “i don’t know son, but let’s go find out together.” But then, be sure you go find out!
What if your child is no longer asking why?
Quick, before it’s too late, start asking your child why things happen. What makes the sky blue? Where do fish sleep at night? Pay attention to what your child is interested in and start there. Take one aspect of an interest and start asking questions yourself. Seek additional resources to stimulate questioning. We have wonderful resources in the Tampa Bay area. Visit any of our fantastic state parks, the Glazer Children’s Museum, the Museum of Science and industry (MOSi), Tampa’s Lowry Park zoo, the Florida Aquarium, Big Cat Rescue, the Suncoast Seabird Sanctuary, the Tampa Museum of Art, the Dali Museum and more. The list is endless! All of these resources are filled with opportunities to light a fire under young minds (if you help them to start to ask the right questions). Summer is a perfect time to enjoy your family and learning something new together is one of the most satisfying moments to share. Embrace the why, learn something new and foster wonder. it will be the best back-to-school preparation you can provide your children and i promise it will be fun! P
arents, soon you will be rushing to buy clothes and school supplies. Then there’s your child’s annual school physical to consider. is it really all that important? your child has been running around all summer and, judging by his appetite and outgrown clothes, seems very healthy. The short answer is yes! The annual school physical is quite important. Most visits to the doctor during the school year are for focused problems, such as a sore throat or injury. The annual physical is a great opportunity to take a comprehensive look at your child’s health. Perhaps the most important decision you make about the annual school physical is where it takes place. There are many health care outlets that advertise and perform these evaluations quickly and cheaply. While they may be able to fill out a piece of paper and perform a basic exam, is it really what your child needs? your child’s primary care physician provides continuity with records of growth, immunizations, medical history and ongoing care. This is indispensable in providing a comprehensive assessment of your child and is impossible to duplicate. So, while there is certainly a time and benefit to taking advantage of urgent care center services, these centers simply cannot provide
the level of care that your child’s primary care physician can for annual school physicals. For example, a child or adolescent’s growth is measured along a standardized growth curve and most follow a pattern that their doctor can immediately analyze based on prior measurements. A new trend in growth alerts your child’s doctor to ask questions regarding nutrition, exercise and other symptoms that might be related to an underlying medical condition.
well as the parent, issues can be addressed quickly. your child’s primary care doctor will have lots of resources available to help address these issues. So, bottom line, schedule your child’s annual physical now with your trusted doctor. Don’t wait until the last minute and settle for getting a paper filled out by a stranger. Charles A. Welborn, MD, is the medical director of After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care, www.afterhourspediatrics.com.
Another important area is the determination of sports preparedness. your child’s doctor will assess physical and sexual maturity and help guide you on suitable activities. in recent years, there has been a large increase in sports-related injuries in children. They usually occur because there is a mismatch between the physical maturity of the child and the sport. Many children want to do it all, but they might not be physically mature enough to do so. As a result, overuse injuries have become common and can be debilitating if not handled properly. The assessment of emotional and behavioral health is as important as the physical elements of the annual physical. Paralleling their physical growth, children, especially adolescents, undergo changes in how they interact with the world around them. By assessing the emotional health and coping skills in conversations with the child as

rranging your child’s back-to-school physical is only half the process. Coming in ready to discuss their health and development is just as important as showing up.
“School physicals provide a great opportunity to discuss health, development or growth concerns you may have with the physician as well as review medications your child may be taking,” said St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital Medical Director Daniel Plasencia, M.D. Before you arrive, write down any questions that you may have regarding your child’s health and progress. if your child was sick in the past year, you may want to start by discussing how they recovered. Questions to consider include: • Is my child’s weight within a normal, healthy range? • What is my child’s BMI? • What vaccinations (if any) does my child need? Why? your child may also decide to engage in sports activities this year. “During a sports physical, the doctor also will address current injuries, cardiac issues, history of concussion and asthma,” says Dr. Plasencia. “ideally sports physicals should be done at least six weeks before the start of the activity to allow time for addressing any injury or medical concern that may be found during the exam.”

Extraordinary girl Energetic. inspiring. Strong. All these words describe 10-year-old Cassidy Gonzalez, a Girl Scout who loves baking, cheering, dance, school and softball. But those things had to be put on hold last year. She had a surgery to get rid of what were originally thought to be polyps but, in June 2010, she was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in her nose called rhabdomyosarcoma. Cassidy says she got through 43 weeks of chemotherapy and six weeks of radiation because “of faith, love and support and the wonderful doctors at All Children’s Hospital.” Her family and friends, including her parents, brother A.J., cousins, and poodle Lacey, were there for her every step of the way. Her school also was very supportive and along with her Girl Scout troop, they organized a walk to get behind her and other children with cancer, raising more than $14,000 for the Children’s Cancer Center in Tampa. Despite her world being turned upside down, Cassidy’s still an extraordinary 10-year-old. She completed fourth grade with honors, participated in a dance recital and walked with Rays pitcher Jake McGee in a fashion show to benefit the Pediatric Cancer Foundation. now cancer free, Cassidy looks forward to a happy life and “will never forget how much everyone” did for her.
What makes you happy? Why? My family and friends make me happy. My family did everything they could to make this year tolerable. They never left my side. They played games, read to me, encouraged me and cried for me and with me. My friends

sent countless letters of encouragement and love, big banners and care packages of games and goodies to the hospital. They helped raise money to support me and other kids with cancer. My friend Sabrina gave me a cute stuffed animal to hug when i got scared. i took it with me to chemotherapy and radiation treatments. i was never in the fight alone.
Who is your biggest inspiration or role model? Why? My mom because she helps me and others all the time. When i was diagnosed last year, the doctors told me i was not going to be able to go to school. i was crushed. i couldn’t imagine a year without friends and school. My parents made the decision, along with my school administrators, to keep things as normal as possible. We had a nurse come talk about what i was going through and once my teachers and friends understood they treated me like normal. i went to school on day’s i felt good. My mom would hang out with the nurse in the beginning, but once i felt okay she would leave.
What are your aspirations for the future? i would like to go to USF and be a softball player. i wasn’t able to play softball during my treatment but my team kept in touch with me and sent me the coolest handmade book to help me pass the time in the hospital.
What is your favorite way to relax? Sit on the beach under a canopy and watch the waves.
If you could change the world in one way, what would it be? i would want people to be kind to each other. Don’t be in a rush all the time. Be happy you are living another day.
What does Girl Scouts of America mean to you? it means community, support and family.
What is your favorite experience? it’s camping. i love to spend time outdoors, riding horses, learning archery, cooking meals with my friends and building campfires.
What is your favorite thing to do with your What message do you want to share with other family? girls and families? i love to travel with my family. We enjoy being together and trying new things. i celebrated being cancer free by going to Disney World. My family spent a week in Orlando. We went to a different park every day. i rode every roller coaster, some twice. i even got my grandparents on a ride or two. it was a blast!
What advice do you have for girls your age? Be yourself. Don’t let people talk you into doing or being someone you’re not.
never give up!
Tell us about your community projects. This year we helped support The Children’s Cancer Center in Tampa. We raised money to send kids with cancer to a special camp. We also decorated the cancer center over the holidays. We spent time making ornaments and decorated the multipurpose room with Christmas cheer. We also sent decorations for Thanksgiving and Easter. Our troop really enjoyed helping the center.

Local Girl Scouts Attend Gold Awards Reception Girl Scouts of West Central Florida celebrated 45 young women who received Gold Awards, the highest award in Girl Scouting, during a reception at MOSi. The award recognizes outstanding accomplishments in the areas of leadership, sustainable community service, career planning and personal development. A Girl Scout must be at least a ninth grader and successfully complete requirements before she begins working on her Gold Award project. “To earn a Gold Award, a Girl Scout must take all of the knowledge, leadership and networking skills she has developed over the years and set forth to complete a service project that will benefit her community,” says Linda Babb, president of the Girl Scouts of West Central Florida. “She must discover what it is that her community needs, connect with local businesses, organizations and neighbors and take action to better the world around her.” This year’s recipients completed projects focused on a variety of efforts to impact and address important global issues. These projects included bringing awareness to the plight in northern Uganda, creating memory books for foster kids, raising awareness about pet obesity, educating others about the dangers of texting while driving, developing reading programs for younger kids and planting 5,000 salt marsh plugs. The young women recognized for their work with Gold Awards hail from across the Tampa Bay area, with honored representatives from Hillsborough, Pinellas, Polk, Marion and Pasco counties. Local Mommy Blogger Releases Debut Children’s CD Tampa’s own Ellie Hirsch, a popular mommy blogger and Tampa Bay Parenting Social Mom, recently released her debut children’s music CD. The writer and founder of Mommy Masters, a go-to resource for moms seeking parenting tips and ideas, has partnered with TeetheMe.com, a monthly subscription service for parents of newborns up to kids 3 years of age. The new 18-track CD, a blend of catchy reggae, rap, country and pop sing-alongs, is entitled “Music is Magical” and integrates clever lyrics and a sense of humor while covering a variety of topics relevant to kids and their parents, such as potty training, manners, counting and bath time. “i was sitting on my porch with my son Harrison and we were looking at the large oak tree in my backyard, and i just started singing and rhyming about the tree, hence my song ‘Oak Tree,’ ” says the 36-year-old mother of three. “it seemed that songs were a great way to share how we were all feeling.” Hirsch says her sons, ages 5, 3 and 4 months, were her biggest source of inspiration and helped her to create the CD by helping her come up with subject matter and even choosing lyrics. “if they didn’t like something, it didn’t make the album. if they loved something, i knew other kids would as well,” she says. On July 11, the CD launched to 5,000 parents nationwide as part of TeetheMe.com’s summertime moms on-the-go “TeetherBox.” The CD also retails for $9.99 at digital stores, including iTunes and Amazon.com, as well as at Hirsch’s website. Hirsch says she plans to continue songwriting and coming up with new music and rhymes with her sons and expects there will be many additions to come for her Mommy Masters music library. “Every day as a mom is different, challenging and rewarding, all at the same time, and i use my experiences to inspire me and help write my music,” she says. Visit www.mommymasters.com to learn more.
Volunteens Make Good Use of Summer
Since its launch, hundreds of high school students, including Eddie Caballero of Gaither High, have participated in St. Joseph’s Volunteen program.
More than 150 students ages 14-18 are taking part in St. Joseph’s Hospitals’ Volunteen program for 2012. Teens, who may be contemplating futures as doctors or nurses, or seeking community service opportunities for scholarships, can spend their summer vacations supporting a variety of departments throughout St. Joseph’s Hospitals, including St. Joseph’s Women’s and St. Joseph’s Children’s hospitals.
All participating teens must meet strict guidelines to take part in the Volunteen program, which is open to the community’s brightest students, such as 17-year-old Eddie Caballero of Gaither High. This is his second year volunteering in the program, where he divides his time between working the cash register in the gift shop and pre-admission testing department, where he makes packets, signs in visitors and answers questions. “The program gets bigger every year and the students get real-life experience that helps them with a career path,” says Judi Roberts, the hospital system’s manager of volunteer resources. For more information about St. Joseph’s Hospitals’ Volunteen program or other volunteer programs, visit www.sjbhealth.org or call 813-870-4000.

Ruth Eckerd Hall Sneak Peek: Meet the Performers Ruth Eckerd Hall has ramped up the live, family entertainment and leading the charge is the touring musical production of Disney’s Beauty & the Beast, running Aug. 1-5. in September, the Emmywinning Disney Channel TV series Imagination Movers comes to life as the band and its 2012 Rock-OMatic Tour arrive for two shows Sept. 22. (For tickets, visit www.rutheckerdhall.com.) We recently chatted with performers from both shows: actor James May (Cogsworth the Clock) of Beauty & the Beast and Rich Collins of Imagination Movers.
James May, Beauty & the Beast
A Denver native, James May calls Southern California home now, but for the past eight months, home has been on the road and he’s scheduled to remain there through at least next May. So how does he cope with being away from home for such long stretches? “It’s definitely a big lifestyle change, but I love it,” he says. “A big thing for me is to go out and find a homey breakfast place because that really helps to start the day off right.” May has never performed at Ruth Eckerd Hall before and he looks forward to continuing his tradition of exploring the towns he visits while touring, becoming fired up at learning that Winter the Dolphin from A Dolphin’s Tale will be right down the street from the Clearwater venue. (He’s a former biology major.) The actor has previously appeared onstage in several productions, among them Hair (Claude), Rent (Mark) and Falsettos (Whizzer), but says he enjoys playing Cogsworth, a character many audience members will be familiar with from watching the movie countless times as he admits doing while growing up. “i have the same background as anyone coming to see it of what that character should be like, but obviously i am not that guy. i am not a small clock, for one thing,” May says with a laugh. “And i’m not the voice actor from the movie, so i can’t help but bring myself to the part. What i love most about doing this show is that it does mean a lot to people, but it’s also very humorous and upbeat. it’s a great blend of everything.”
Rich Collins, Imagination Movers For Rich Collins, music is as much his home as new Orleans, where his group, Imagination Movers, first assembled 10 years ago as four friends sat kicking around song lyrics and melodies to create music that was meaningful and entertaining for their kids. When member Scott Durbin shared that he wanted to see stronger, more positive male role models for kids on TV, a concept was born. “We used to say we were Beastie Boys meet Mister Rogers or the Red Hot Chili Peppers meet Captain Kangaroo,” says Collins, a father of five, the band’s drummer and a co-executive producer. “It’s power pop and rock with some hip-hop and country influences.” With a hit TV show and CD released earlier this spring, the members of imagination Movers – Collins, Durbin, Dave Poche and Scott “Smitty” Smith – have enjoyed the summer downtime, but when it’s time to make music, Collins says, this group stays focused. “We work hard to find hooks and melodies that we like and that we think people will find have integrity. We don’t say, ‘Oh, we’re writing songs for little kids and their parents, so we can just make up anything.’ We take it very seriously.” What’s in store for imagination Movers fans? Collins says the group would love to see an animated version of the series and a feature film. “Our goal is to show people the power of good, simple songs and rock and roll energy, and really get the crowd energized.”

National Night Out Is Coming to a Neighborhood Near You The 29th annual national night Out, sponsored by the national Association of Town Watch, is set for Aug. 7. Last year, this unique crime/drug prevention event involved citizens, law enforcement agencies, civic groups, businesses, neighborhood organizations and local officials across the country in more than 15,000 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases worldwide. in all, more than 37 million people participated in national night Out 2012. The event is designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness, generate support and participation in community anti-crime programs, strengthen neighborhood partnerships with local law enforcement and send a message that neighborhoods can work together to fight crime. Along with the traditional display of outdoor lights and front porch vigils, cities, towns and neighborhoods may celebrate national night Out through a variety of events and activities they can coordinate, including block parties, cookouts, parades, flashlight walks, contests, youth programs and visits from local police officers. This year, to make coordinating such events easier for communities, WhitePages has partnered with national night Out to provide access to its Block Party invite and RSVP tool “neighbors” available online at http://neighbors.whitepages. com. Organizers will find that the tool offers access to household contact information for 90 percent of their neighbors and personalized invites can even be coordinated through the U.S. Postal Service for free with just a few clicks. To register your neighborhood or community, visit www.natw.org/nno and complete the online form, with no cost to register or participate. As of our publication date, Dade City, Dunedin, Lutz, Pinellas Park, Port Richey, Seffner, St. Petersburg, Tampa and Valrico as well as MacDill Air Force Base and Tampa international Airport Police have registered for the event.
All Children’s Telethon Raises $3.7 Million All Children’s Hospital recently announced that its 2012 telethon raised $3,745,402 for the regional referral center for specialized pediatric care. This year’s All Children’s Hospital Telethon theme, “Celebrate the Miracles,” focused on the inspiring stories of young patients and their families from throughout west central Florida who have benefited from the hospital’s care. The annual telethon was broadcast live from All Children’s Education and Conference Center on WFLA-TV news Channel 8 from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. June 3 and later rebroadcast as a taped airing on WXCW in the Fort Myers/naples area. Other special events benefiting All Children’s Hospital were celebrated during the broadcast and added to the grand total. These events include Bill Edwards Presents A Taste of Pinellas, which raised more than $300,000 over its three-day run in May and an annual ViP auction in April that brought in $128,000. All funds raised through the telethon events go directly to All Children’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, part of Children’s Miracle network Hospitals, an alliance of premier hospitals for children. This year’s telethon results pushed a cumulative total of 29 years of ACH telethon donations to nearly $81 million for the 86-year-old institution. Visit www.allkids.org to learn more.

Pageant Aims to Uplift Contestants
This month, Pasco County contestants can compete for the title of Miss Heart of the USA 2012 Preliminary across eight different age divisions.
Brittany Grogan is gearing up for her first experience overseeing a pageant as local director for the upcoming Pasco County Miss Heart of the USA 2012 Preliminary pageant, an event she describes as a “pageant with a purpose.” The event, open to contestants of all ages, is set for 1 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Land O’ Lakes Community Center, 5401 Land O’ Lakes Blvd. Grogan says her daughter’s past pageant experience inspired her to get involved.
“Not only did pageants break her out of her shell, they also taught her to have confidence and she made friendships throughout the journey,” Grogan says. “There have been many different opinions of children competing in pageants, but we are a natural beauty pageant. Our preliminary pageants allow girls to compete in casual/street attire and show their true personality.” Another departure for the event series is that at each Miss Heart USA Pageant across the country, participants are asked to bring a canned food donation in addition to their monetary entry fee. “We have donated over 750,000 canned food items in the few years that we have been established,” Grogan says. “We teach our girls that giving to those in need is top of the list.” For the Pasco event, an entry fee of $45 is required plus a minimum of 10 canned food items for the Suncoast Harvest Food Bank (additional donations are encouraged). Registrations will be accepted until Aug. 17. The pageant features eight divisions, with only 10 contestants accepted per division. Contestants will be judged based on overall appearance, stage presence and personality for a chance to win divisional prizes. Each division winner receives a rhinestone crown, Miss Heart of the USA sash, rhinestone sash pin and paid entry fee for the 2012 South Florida Miss Heart of the USA Pageant in September. Contestants are also eligible to compete for additional titles including Queen of Hearts, Ambassador and Scholarship Queen. For more information about this year’s event and to register, visit the pageant website at www.missheartoftheusa.com/pascocounty.
