Happy holidays Jag Family! The start of the pandemic in Spring 2020 drastically changed the dynamic of academia both inside and outside the classroom in monumental ways. With that, we have seen your jaguars' resiliency through sometimes unclear change, but we have also seen the same in you. Whether you're a part of our recent cohort of Family First Seminar graduates, an active Family Association member, engaged with the newsletter and Family Connect, an attendee at on campus and virtual events, or recently served as a sponsor for a Student Angel with Adopt A Student, YOU ARE THE DIFFERENCE! I am honored to be able to serve you all as Family Engagement Coordinator and I am excited for the many opportunities to engage families on and off campus in the future. We will be piloting a family mentorship program in the spring as well as offering a series of workshops/presentations to keep families connected with the university and the realities of their students.
