TIE DYE GIVEAWAY
SUNBURST Pinch fabric and pull upward 1-2 inches then secure with a rubber band. Repeat for desired number of sunbursts.
Apply dye to fabric tips.
Apply a different color dye to the remainder of the fabric.
FIRECRACKER Scrunch item into a tube shape then rubber band into three sections.
Apply different color dyes to each of the sections.
SHIBORI Hold fabric lengthwise and then twist it tightly, as if wringing out a towel. Coil your fabric into a spiral.
Use rubber bands to bind fabric in place.
Dye entire fabric with one color of dye, then repeat on the back.
SPIRAL Pinch fabric at the center of where your spiral will start then twist into a spiral.
Bind spiral with 3-4 rubber bands, creating 6-8 wedge shapes.
Apply a different color dye to each of the wedge shapes, then repeat on the back.
CRUMPLE Scrunch fabric into a crumpled mound.
Put one or two rubber bands across your fabric to hold it together.
Apply dye to both the front and back, fully covering the fabric.
STRIPES Scrunch fabric together either horizontally or vertically.
Band fabric using as many rubber bands as desired that are evenly spaced.
Apply dye to each banded section.
BULLSEYE Pinch fabric at the center of where your bullseye will be. Pull fabric upward through your hand.
Wrap a rubber band about an inch below the tip of fabric, then continue banding for desired amount of sections. Apply dye to each banded section.
FOLDING Fold fabric in half.
Fold fabric in half again, then one more time to create eight layered panels.
Apply dye to the folded edges of fabric. Flip and repeat on the back.
TIE DYE TIP! Be mindful of how much dye you use on your item! Too much dye will...
- make the colors bleed together and turn brown
- make it much harder to wash later on

AFTER CARE LET YOUR TIE DYED ITEM SIT FOR AT LEAST 8 HOURS HAND WASH YOUR ITEM WITH JUST WATER UNTIL THE WATER RUNS CLEAR AIR DRY OR PUT YOUR ITEM IN THE DRYER
