Flourishing Individuals Tanglin Trust School aims to nurture and inspire every individual, ensuring they feel happy, valued, and successful in achieving their intellectual, spiritual, cultural, social, and physical goals. To achieve this aim, we will: 1. Affirm and embed a whole school approach to promoting, protecting, prioritising and safeguarding the wellbeing of children and young people;
4. Recognise excellence, participation and leadership in a broad range of endeavours through clearly understood awards at all levels across the school;
2. Support our students effectively by monitoring, tracking and analysing pastoral and wellbeing data, providing them with the skills to deal with issues, giving them a voice to share concerns and providing effective interventions when needed;
5. Ensure all members of our diverse community feel included, by listening to students and promoting equitable outcomes and representing our position in the DEIJ policy; 6. Ensure that the changes to the Shape of the Day provides opportunities for a holistic and balanced education.
3. Utilise Service Learning across the school to educate our students about how to support various community initiatives;
