Inspired Learners Tanglin Trust School aims to be a distinctive learning community, utilising both British-based and international learning programmes, to nurture and inspire lifelong learners who develop international-mindedness that will allow them to contribute to the world with confidence. To achieve this aim, we will: 1. Ensure that students are at the centre of teaching and learning, which is informed by developing research as well as recognising and responding to the individual needs of learners at each stage of their learning journey;
4. Offer a broad range of Clubs and Societies, and Institute events to extend and inspire intellectual curiosity; 5. Encourage and recognise participation, excellence and learning in the Arts and Sport through the school’s awards systems;
2. Continue to review and develop our 3-18 curriculum and enrichment programmes to ensure that our students are accessing rigorous, relevant and balanced programmes that prepare learners for the future;
6. Ensure a coherent Outdoor Education programme that incorporates service learning, residential trips and experiential learning;
3. Enhance our approaches to utilising student data to inform responsive teaching and timely interventions;
7. Introduce a small number of Centenary Music Scholarships to further develop our aspirational student culture. 6
