The hollow out panels offer semi-transparent relationship between people in aisle and people on the St Kilda Rd.
People on the St Kilda Rd can only see a white box sunken in the ground.

A platform of sitting is placed under the stairs to the upper stage.
People approaches from the St Kilda Rd would firstly go through stairs downward, then either go upstairs to the upper stage or get into the sunken speaking place.
The whold pavlion is partially sunken into the ground to enlarge the area where people can see the performances,
The wide area for sitting can offer places for people to participate the performance as many as possible.

3D hollow out on the panel allows the sunlight to come inside the aisle. Different materials of tiles are used on different strips of stairs.
