the essence of a museum of language movement and cultural center is bit different from the common topologies of built forms. its philosophy and function has to have a contextual interrelation. for us, we have a vibrant history of language movement and its reflection in architecture should have a dialect between the two. in a place like cultural center, the functions are strongly influenced by the demand of community where they would always love to see the reflection of their desire along with universal dialect.
