s it just me, or is everyone excited about summer? Winter seemed even longer this year due to COVID, so I am ready for a couple months of outside fun in the sun with my kids with park days, water table fun, zoo trips, weekends at the lake and more! This summer will be very different for me because it’s the last summer before my first born goes to Kindergarten. She has been my little sidekick for the last five years, but it will be so different with her being at school all day versus her preschool schedule the last two years. An adjustment for us both. But, we have the entire summer to spend together, and we are so excited for lots of fun with swimming, ice cream, bike rides, chalk drawings and more! Father’s Day is just around the corner, and it is always a bittersweet day for me. I celebrate my husband, who is the best daddy to our two kids. They light up and run to the door the moment he walks into the house from work. There is just something about watching the person you love be a parent. But, I also miss celebrating my own dad here on earth. As I have shared before, my dad lost his battle to cancer when I was only 21 years old. I miss him every day. I see my kids and wish so much he could be here to know them. They sure would be spoiled, but I hold onto the memories I have and cherish the time I had with him.

Lyndi's Top Picks Flip Flops & Sandals
Warm weather means sandals and flip flop weather, and it really makes me happy that slipping my shoes on while trying to get out the door is back in season. As moms, it’s the little things we appreciate, right? Ha! But in all seriousness, my hands are typically full when trying to leave the house with two kiddos. As much as I love my cute, stylish sandals, Old Navy flip flops may always be my best friend in the summer months. They are comfortable, come in a variety of colors and last forever.

Rocking Chairs
I have wanted rocking chairs for my front porch for some time now, and I finally have them. I am so excited I will get to enjoy them this summer. There is just something about a set of rocking chairs or a porch swing. It takes me back to when I was little, and we would always sit on my Mamaw’s front porch and swing as we watched the cars or trains go by. It is relaxing. I look forward to enjoying a cup of coffee on early summer mornings, reading my devotion and taking in the fresh summer air.
Corn on the Cob
My family loves going to the Henderson Farmer’s Market and getting fresh corn on the cob during the summer months. It isn’t in season for very long, so we take advantage of being able to purchase and enjoy it when we can. Henderson’s Farmer’s Market always has delicious fruits and vegetables to choose from, and corn on the cob is just one of our favorites this time of year.

A 1990 graduate of Henderson County High School, Shannon married her high school sweetheart of 29 years, Brian, and they have two adult children, Jacob and Gracie. Shannon received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Brescia University and her Master’s Degree in Library Science from Texas Women’s University. She has been serving Daviess County Public Library as their Community Engagement Manager since 2002, where her department was responsible for all programs and events (in-person, in the community, and virtually) for all ages. At DCPL, they received a grant from the Public Life Foundation of Owensboro, which allowed them to become the 1st Family Place Library in the state of Kentucky. Because of their partnerships and work in the community, they received the Education and Workforce Development Institution of the Year from the Owensboro Chamber of Commerce in January 2020 and the Corporate Non-Profit Citizen Award from the Owensboro Human Relations Commission in 2015. HCPL returned to normal operating hours on Monday, May 3rd, and in-person programming and summer reading will resume June 1st. They hope to have their in-person grand opening take place this fall, depending on restrictions. “I am very excited about this opportunity and look forward to getting to know the staff and community. I believe the public library is a crucial component of a thriving community and look forward to creating partnerships with local organizations, schools, and businesses.”

MAKING IT • RECIPE
It’s starting to warm up, which means the best time to enjoy ice cream is approaching (not that there’s ever a bad time). It’s no problem if you don’t have an ice cream machine— all that you need for these recipes is a mixer and a freezer! It still has similar taste and texture to ice cream made in a machine and takes only minutes to mix together. The great thing about these recipes is that they all start with the same base, so you can add any type of flavoring and toppings you’d like! I included a couple of my favorites, but feel free to experiment with something wild!
Blueberry Pie INGREDIENTS: ›› 2 cups heavy cream ›› 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk ›› 1 cup blueberry pie filling ›› 9 graham crackers, crushed ›› 1 tsp vanilla extract INSTRUCTIONS: ›› Use a stand mixer to whip heavy cream and until you have firm peaks (this could take up to 10 minutes) ›› Fold in condensed milk and vanilla extract ›› Pour half the vanilla mixture into a loaf pan, before adding 1/2 cup of blueberry pie filling and half your crushed graham crackers on top. ›› Layer the rest of the vanilla base on top of that, then add the remaining blueberry pie filling and crushed graham crackers on top. Take a butter knife to swirl together all of the layers. ›› Cover the loaf pan with plastic wrap, making sure the plastic touches the ice cream surface. Freeze at least five hours or overnight. 10 HENDERSON FAMILY

Chocolate S’mores
INGREDIENTS: ›› 2 cups heavy cream ›› 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk ›› 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder ›› 1/2 cup grated/chopped chocolate ›› 9 graham crackers, crushed ›› 1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional: toast them!) INSTRUCTIONS: ›› Optional: Start out by toasting marshmallows. Be very careful with this step - it is EASY to catch marshmallows on fire. You can either use a skewer and culinary torch to toast the marshmallows, or you can lay them single file on a baking sheet. Put the baking sheet on the middle rack in your oven and broil for 1-3 minutes, watching them the entire time until they get desired toastiness. ›› Freeze marshmallows up to one hour ›› Use a stand mixer to whip heavy cream until you have firm peaks (this could take up to 10 minutes) ›› Pour in condensed milk and cocoa powder, and mix again until completely combined ›› With a spatula, fold in marshmallows, chocolate chips, and graham crackers until they are all incorporated. Spread mixture into a loaf pan, cover with plastic wrap, making sure the plastic touches the ice cream surface. Freeze at least five hours or overnight. HF

MAKING IT • CRAFT TIME
Summertime Salt Painting Written by Lyndi Mauk // Photo by Jamie Alexander
Summertime arts and crafts are so much fun. They are bright and full of color, and this adorable Salt Painting craft is very easy, a little messy but a whole lot of fun! And the best part, the weather is beautiful so your kids can leave the mess outside. Kids can choose any design they prefer based on their personal interests and imagination.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED: ›› Washable Glue ›› Card Stock Paper (your choice of color) ›› Paint Brush ›› Liquid Watercolors (may also use food coloring mixed with water) ›› Salt
HOW TO MAKE: ›› Use glue to squeeze designs onto paper (kids may lightly trace their design first before adding glue if they prefer). ›› Pour salt onto glue design until completely covered and then remove excess salt. ›› Dip paint brush into watercolor/food coloring mixture and begin lightly “painting” over the salt design. The paint will move around the design, allowing different paint colors to mix together. ›› Allow to dry and hang for all to see! HF

as this, to our downtown community. She is a 2010 Henderson County High School graduate, and a 2013 graduate from Georgetown College where she majored in graphic design and studio art. Maddy was always interested in anything related to arts and crafts at every stage growing up, and she is finally giving back in a way she only dreamed about.

Where The Journey Began Two years ago, Maddy had the opportunity to work with the muralist, Leah Tumerman, on the “Discover Your Nature” mural on 2nd Street in downtown Henderson. At the time, she worked with the Henderson Tourism Commission doing marketing, so she was able to be involved with the ins and outs of the mural selection process. Maddy worked with Leah for about 100 hours on the mural. After Leah’s assistant left, Maddy essentially became her
new assistant for the remainder of the project, as Leah trusted her with a lot of responsibility. Maddy recalls Leah’s encouragement, “Within a year you should get your own wall.” Maddy thought it would be an awesome experience to paint her own mural someday, and Leah really challenged her in preparation for it. Maddy began looking for leads, and she had a couple, but nothing really came to flourish from those leads. She said last year when the pandemic hit, she told herself, “I’m going to find a wall or a space, no matter how
big or small it is. If I get no sponsorships, or no one can pay me, I will just self-fund it.” She said she had $1,000 to build her name and work with the community. “I love being involved, had skill and needed to get my foot in the door,” Maddy said. Emily Hunter, who owns and operates Henderson Juice Co., wanted an indoor mural painted inside her business during its renovation. Maddy and Emily worked together and were able to make a bargain. Maddy offered to do her mural inside Henderson Juice Co. for free, if Emily could get her connected with the owner of the building to do a mural on the back wall behind Henderson Juice Co. Luckily, everything worked out. They essentially let her make her own design, and Maddy set a goal of raising $1,000 to fund her supplies. Within 24 hours, it was met. “It definitely took more time to plan, design and get organized than it took to do the mural itself,” she said. She started having conversations with Emily in August, and the actual painting didn’t take place until October. Getting the approval from the building owner, obtaining insurance, and figuring out the supply list and paint quote, which comes from California, was a long process.
The Design Process She had a rough idea of what she wanted to do. “I came up with the design that played off the business.” She wanted something that was family-friendly that her visitors and guests could interact with. A design that was fun and bright. Maddy really liked what she had researched about engagement murals, such as the butterfly wings you will find on her mural. In other pieces she has done, she really likes to do hands, so she wanted to include hands somewhere within her mural, too. “It was a little nerve-racking knowing that people may not understand it and that’s okay, but for me, it really felt like something I wanted to play off the nourishment of the business.
They are really thoughtful about the food they have. They have multiple vegan options. It’s all sourced intentionally. She does a lot of work creating recipes, and it’s all made with love. She has a really great outlook for a business. If someone was coming to nourish their bodies, where could they come to nourish their mind and soul? And that would be just an extension of the business in the back, so that’s kind of where I started with the idea,” the proud artist explained. Naming her mural “Nourish” tied everything together for her. “I think this makes sense. I just went with what first stuck with me. I don’t want to overwork this. This is what it means to me, so I will just leave it at that. It really felt like it was a connection, and that can really be interpreted how you want. It can be a connection with yourself, a connection you have with a spiritual realm, a connection with a person, or a connection between communities. Essentially anything. I wanted people to take the freedom to interpret it as they wanted to,” said the artistic Hendersonian. This was Maddy’s first independent mural project from start to finish. She had a course in college where they recieved a bid to do an installation mural, but she never actually had the opportunity to see it installed due to the location. She worked on it with ten other students and her professor. That was her first inspiration where she realized people did this. The 2nd Street mural with Leah was her first paint on brick experience, and Maddy is so grateful for each of the opportunities that led her to planning, designing and painting her own.
Overcoming The Challenges & Soaking in the Experience Maddy felt the biggest challenge for her during this experience was her own self doubts and inflicted anxiety. The challenge of knowing she could do it and being her own worst

enemy. She was really confident until her paint brush hit the wall for the first time. She recalls thinking to herself, “This isn’t going to happen. It’s going to fall through.” The artistic aspect comes naturally for Maddy, but the preparation and planning isn’t something that comes organically to her. “I am a free spirit and not a Type A person,” she explained. However, the amount of support was overwhelming and truly gave her the confidence to believe in herself. “There is a really cool thing about working closely with people in a public space.” She remembers many conversations she had with people passing by about art and its meaning and purpose. Maddy recalls Hendersonians shouting from across the street and saying, “Hey, you are doing a great job!” It was rewarding to have people show that support in the midst of COVID because at times it made her forget that all of that was happening. Her mural was her focus at the time, and being outside and surrounded by individuals from a distance made life seem normal again. “Just knowing there is a permanence to it. In my mind, I just wanted to paint a mural, but full circle, there were so many psychological layers such as vulnerability, acceptance and support.” Maddy thought, “This is taking a 16 HENDERSON FAMILY
. June // July 2021
lot of self love,” which is essentially what the mural stood for. As an artist, it was really amazing for Maddy to see this full circle project come together.
Volunteers Giving Their Time The volunteers Maddy had by her side during this project were nothing short of amazing. Grace Henderson was one of the people who helped her every day. Grace is another muralist here in Henderson, and she and Maddy became close and mentored each other. “We talked about confidence being women and trying to be visionaries in a small community. Trying to start conversations that may or may not already be happening in the art community. This might sound cheesy, but I really love to have one-on-one conversations with people.” Other volunteers were people she knew, or knew her well enough to know she was about to begin this project and reached out asking to help. At first, she needed all the help she could get. She recalls one day where she had 10 volunteers. She laughed saying, “I felt like a project manager.” She enjoyed every minute of it. “The people who came out and said they wanted to help speaks to the community’s needs for more art engagement
or art education. They really want to bring people in. It is more of a fine arts community, but they still want to learn and be a part of it.” Maddy got her learning experience by volunteering with Leah, and she wanted to be that for others, too.
An Artist Who Does It All Maddy is currently balancing her fulltime job in Evansville with Redstitch as a Senior Digital Designer and her side hustle business, WingspanArtist. She has four mural leads she is actively trying to put a contract down on now. Maddy has been doing freelance art on the side since college, and she always told herself one day she’d invest more time in it. “I am in my late 20s, and I haven’t really done anything to make my free time work for me,” she said. She got her website up a couple years ago, and began making decal stickers to get something out there. She explained that taking this leap to get a website up and running “was the marrying of my hobby and my job.” This was her way of putting herself out there to promote her murals online. She didn’t want to make it a wasted effort. She had the experience, so this was her opportunity to share with others the talent she has to offer.
The Start of Something New “If I had seen individuals in the art community putting a mural up as a young child, that would have been really powerful for me knowing how passionate I was about it at a young age.” She feels this is important for our younger generation to be introduced to. Maddy hopes it encourages the younger generations that “someone from here left their mark and you can, too.” There were some elementary students who had the opportunity to help her paint the mural. She explained how they may not know anything about design or technique at that age, but it gave them the confidence to go back to their classmates and say, “I helped with it.” She hopes to see our young people take on the same creative spirit as she had as a child. If there is one thing Maddy wants the community to understand it would be this, “Art is for everybody.” She explained how there is a little bit of a stigma when it comes to art, yet we have art everywhere. “I think it is really important to let young people form their own thoughts about art. What do you
think about this? What do you see?” She hopes this opens doors for more individuals in the Henderson community to be engaged and talk about art more, including our younger generation.
Finding the Mural Located behind Henderson Juice Co, Hendersonians can get to the mural from Water Street. Maddy said there is a spot called the “Women’s Honor Court,” and if you turn into that parking lot off Water Street you’ll see it. You can also turn the corner by the library if you are leaving Henderson Juice Co. to walk around back behind the building. There is a loft apartment, so Maddy asks everyone to be mindful that people’s living space is there. You can also see the mural from the Henderson Tourism Commission. Maddy said they can help you find not only her mural, but other spots downtown with public art as well.

Chelsie Staples TELL US A LITTLE ABOUT YOURSELF (KIDS, PETS, ETC). I was born and raised here in Henderson. I graduated from Western Kentucky University and was a member of the 2005 National Champion dance team. I have a very supportive husband (Cory), three kids (Luke, Livi, and Remi Kate) and two dogs. WHAT DO YOU DO FOR A LIVING, AND HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN IN THAT POSITION? I am the owner of Fierce Dance Studio, and we opened in January 2015. I am also going into my 15th season as the Henderson County High School dance team coach. WHAT IS MOST CHALLENGING ABOUT OWNING A DANCE STUDIO AND BEING A DANCE COACH AT THE HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL? WHAT IS MOST REWARDING? I would say the most difficult challenge is when one team has a competition week. Juggling the schedules when an extra practice is needed and having to move around team practices is challenging. It really helps that my studio parents and colonelette parents are so understanding. The most rewarding is when my studio dancers get to interact with or watch the colonelettes go full out at the end of a practice. It encourages them to set and reach for their goals. WHAT HOBBIES DO YOU AND YOUR FAMILY ENJOY? Hobbies... well because our schedules are always so jam packed from dance to baseball (Luke) we don’t have much time. Every once in a while we’ll get a board game night in (Sorry is probably our go-to game), and if we schedule enough in advance, we’ll get a beach trip in. That’s only because it’s my favorite place to go, and I’ll plan to make sure it happens! HOW DO YOU FIND BALANCE BETWEEN WORK AND HOME LIFE? I’m definitely not good at this, or it feels that way coming off of this season. It was longer than normal and will go right into the next season. Thankfully, our two girls dance so they are always with me at the studio. It also helps that my husband is the cook in the family. I don’t ever have to worry about cooked meals or grocery shopping. WHAT ARE YOUR HOPES AND PLANS FOR THE FUTURE OF YOUR STUDIO? I hope we continue to grow and give kids the opportunity to explore dance. I feel like dance team is at such a disadvantage because they don’t have the opportunity to try out for one until they reach the 6th grade. Our competition teams start at the age of 4, which makes a big difference if one was to start out on our Tiny or Mini team. They already understand the dance team concept and that helps so much when they reach middle school dance. IF YOU COULD OFFER ADVICE TO A STUDENT INTERESTED IN DANCE, WHAT WOULD IT BE? Come take a class! Our regular classes rotate on a four week schedule, so it’s not something they have to commit to for a year. Of course, competitive teams are different. Classes are a great way to see if it is something they might be enjoy. HF

Eating healthy has been an easy way of life for Hendersonian, Emily Hunter. Originally from Texas, Emily moved to Owensboro at the age of 7 and recalls having the influence of home cooked meals and a love for vegetables and salad bars since a young age. Emily, her husband and their four kids moved to Henderson from Evansville seven years ago, never knowing Henderson would be the place her true calling would become a reality.

The most challenging aspect of being
a health and wellness coach from Emily’s experience was feeling like you aren’t able to help people because you can only do so much as a coach. It is up to the client to take everything they have learned, with your continued support, and live out what they have been taught. “It is a lot of work to break someone down,” she explained, but “anyone can transition to this type of lifestyle.”
Emily enjoyed her time as a health
and wellness coach, but with four kids, it wasn’t something she could do full-time. She had to remain working as a nurse until doors opened that finally allowed her to do what she was called to do, and this is where her true calling began.

has loved getting to know her customers since she opened her store. “Just spending a couple minutes with people can change their day. I see it day end and day out here. I see someone’s mood and give them a compliment and see their energy change. I feel like I am a part of Henderson now. I feel very connected here. It’s really cool. I think what keeps me going is my regulars. They are very consistent. I love being downtown and love the vibe of it. I know I close early, but it fits downtown. It works for now, but we’re definitely wanting to extend hours—especially for summer—so we look forward to that!”
Although Emily loved working as a health and
wellness coach, Henderson Juice Co. is what she gives all of her time to now. When she left nursing full-time, her kids thought she wouldn’t be gone 14 hours a day, but she still has to give a lot of time to her business because everything is so fresh. “I can’t prepare anything more than two days ahead of time,” she said. However, it’s all worth it to Emily and her supporting family. Emily explained how it is truly a family operation. Her husband, Darryl, helps her helps her make the recipes and juices, and he has the business mindset. She said, “It is a perfect balance.”
Emily has big plans for the future of Henderson
Juice Co. She wants to share her knowledge as a health and wellness coach on the options her customers have when they walk through the door. She hopes to expand her food options. The juicing headquarters is in downtown Henderon, but she would love to possibly open another location somewhere in the future, too.

5 Steps to a
Healthier You! Written by Emily Hunter Certified Health & Wellness Coach
1 Get into the mindset of wanting to be a healthier you. You have to make the decision to take care of yourself and commit with a plan to follow through.
2 Focus your goals on making conscious decisions to eat better. No plan is perfect for everyone as we are all very individual. Replace a bad habit with something positive for your health. Replace soda with water, for example. Try saying the rainbow with an array of colorful fruits and vegetables and cut down on processed foods.
3 Find a way to get your body moving every single day. Pick something you enjoy such as yoga, running, belly dancing, or other activities that get your heart pumping! Not only will you look better but you will feel better and reap the benefits of staying active.
4 Mind, body and soul is all in one. It’s not only what you eat but also your environment. You have the power to remove toxic things from your life that add stress and unwanted harm to your mental health. It’s 100% healthy to talk to friends, loved ones or therapist and seek help and guidance at any time in your life.
5 Get enough restful sleep, as it helps with your body’s ability to heal and regulate hunger hormones. When we don’t sleep well, we tend to make poor food decisions. HF

SPONSORED CONTENT BAKER FAMILY CHIROPRACTIC / ERVIN PHYSICAL THERAPY
Finding Better Health through
Chiropractic and Occupational Therapy “I feel like I don’t even know my body anymore.” This is a phrase uttered by countless women at various points in their life; puberty, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause and postmenopause to name a few. It can be difficult to talk about symptoms related to female reproductive health because society teaches us not to discuss things like urinary incontinence, pain during intercourse, pelvic organ prolapse, etc. More commonly, women will talk to their doctors about low back pain or tailbone pain which usually lands them in my chiropractic office. I was getting great results reducing low back pain, but many women were still reporting leakage with laughing or core weakness after pregnancy. As I started to hear more and more stories of frustrated women who felt as though their bodies
just weren’t cooperating, I began exploring other therapies that would help. Through my research, I stumbled upon pelvic floor rehabilitation. The only obstacle 4 years ago was that I was having difficulty finding a practitioner locally for referrals. Fortunately, last year I was introduced to Britney Ervin, OTR/L who along with her husband Isaac Ervin, DPT opened Ervin Physical Therapy in Morganfield. Baker Family Chiropractic is a husband/wife team, so it seemed a natural fit to explore each other’s specialties. We have discovered that combining chiropractic care with pelvic floor therapy has led to quick, effective, and long-lasting results for our patients. As we grew this interdisciplinary relationship, we also quickly realized that Britney is skilled in handling pediatric
cases as well. As a pediatric occupational therapist, she works with us to treat sensory processing disorder, picky eating, developmental delay, torticollis and chronic constipation. As chiropractors, we are experts at treating the spinal restrictions that contribute to each of these disorders, but that only addresses the biomechanical component of the spine and nervous system. Britney meets with parents to provide one-on-one instruction, hands on therapy, and treatment plans that address each individual child’s needs. Combined with gentle chiropractic adjustments, we are helping families embark on a holistic journey of health and lay the foundation for optimal growth and development. HF

Help is on THE WAY Written by Amanda Waggener // Photo by Darrin Phegley

A
new clinic is on its way to Henderson that will provide medical services to those who are unable to afford primary care. “There is
a group of people who have everything they need. Then there is a group of people who are impoverished. However, there is also a group of people who are caught in the middle,” says Dr. Rebecca Hopper. Rebecca felt frustration when she witnessed this scenario among her own patients at her family practice; leading her to develop the idea of creating a service that would offer primary medical assistance to those without insurance or who are underinsured. “Evansville has a service similar to this, but Henderson really has nothing,” she described. The Lexington, KY native knew this would need to be a team approach for optimum success, so she began gathering partners to help her dream shape into a reality. Local pediatrician, Dr. Jennifer Liles came on-board offering her building to be used for the site of the clinic, as well as, donating pediatric care to the children who come to the clinic. Chris Butler, pharmacist and owner of Butler’s Apothecary also saw the need for help in our community and joined the group. Having the foundation of a pediatrician, a family doctor
and a pharmacist established, Dr. Hopper then developed a board consisting of those with skill sets that could assist Thrive with public relations, grant writing and legal services. “We sat around a table and decided it was going to be completely privately funded through the donations of some very generous people and by applying for grants. We won’t bill insurance. We won’t turn anyone away,” recalls Chris. “It’s a one-stop-shop; they will come in, get seen by a doctor, get medication if necessary and go home.” The prescriptions that will be given will primarily be antibiotics as “no narcotics will be on site, nor will they be prescribed.”
NOT ONLY SURVIVING, THRIVING Thrive’s mission is to “provide high quality primary medical care to uninsured or underinsured adults and children. This medical care will be delivered in an appealing environment with an attitude of honest service towards those in need. No patient within our scope of care will be turned away for inability to pay or lack of resources. We seek to help members of our community not just survive but Thrive in their personal health.” The clinic, which is set to be operational by early fall 2021, will be located at 110 N. Water Street and will be open one Saturday a month. While they don’t plan to turn anyone away, they do encourage only those unable to afford primary care utilize the clinic. “We prefer if you have Medicaid, Medicare or sufficient insurance that you use the resources available to you instead of coming to this clinic. We are looking to help people like migrant workers who don’t have insurance, large families with massive co-pays and deductibles or single moms needing help. We want to keep our clinic open and available to those who really need it,” explains Chris. Chris is excited to begin this endeavor with the Thrive team as it is a way that he is able to give back to the community. “In my business, I have to consider if my patient will be able to afford this drug, which takes away from patient care,” laments the pharmacist who feels discouraged when a person is unable to afford a medication they need or has to settle with a second choice of treatment because their insurance doesn’t cover the medication the doctor prescribed. He looks forward to working in this clinic because money will not be a factor regarding course of care. “I went to pharmacy school to help people. This way is sheer care. We are doing what we love to do without the concept of money being brought into it. We enjoy being a doctor or a pharmacist and helping people, “Chris continues “Nobody is making a penny off this. It’s just one small way that we can give back.”
HOW TO HELP Thrive will soon be operational and will provide desperately needed relief to those in need of their generous services. If you would like to volunteer, contribute or get additional information about services offered please email thrivenonprofitclinic@gmail.com. Be sure to like Thrive Nonprofit Family Medical Clinic on Facebook as updates will also be posted there.
