Behaviors that are actually healthy The healthiest behavior as known by many psychologists and psychiatrists is known to be being authentic. Be open to other people about your likes and dislikes and take pride over your strengths and specialties. It is because your mind and body know best about what you need. And in case you need a reminder about why you need to authentic; following are some behaviors that are otherwise considered negative, but are actually healthy:

1. Anger Many of us would often avoid expressing anger; however, the behavior is considered very liberating and expressive in a healthy way. It can actually create many positive and powerful changes in your lifestyle. Anger is merely an energy that rises in your mind when you feel wronged. The energy tends to suppress the inappropriate situation that has caused the suffering. Hence, if you learn to use that energy positively and in a proper manner, you can create a change for the better. On the other hand, if you try to suppress that anger, you will become raged or depressed.

2. Crying Alike anger, crying is also a very healthy activity. Even though many people would avoid expressing this emotional response in order to avoid coming off as a weak person. On the flipside, there are people that would want to be crying all the time; it is very important to savor the times when you want to cry. Tears come off in joy and sorrow alike. An extremity of either emotions can cause one to cry. In addition, crying can also be seen as a form of communication, where one would signal other humans that we are vulnerable and open, which often makes us more attractive as partners and friends, as compared to the people who would not cry at all.

3. Being lost Being lost means losing our sense of direction. Whenever we are lost, we focus on our instincts; this is the time in life, when we make the most wonderful life discoveries. Even though it might feel like the end of the world, the end of this feeling always results on an interesting new path. In this time, we meet new people, discover new talents in ourselves and work along those lines to start new lives. The feeling of finding new hope and leaving your old life behind, is ecstatic.

Conclusion These three behaviors are considered highly toxic and upsetting by many people. If you look at their positive sides, these feelings/behaviors actually provide hope and happiness.
