PROFESSIONAL ADHESIVES FOR INTERIORS
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: T-FIX is a normal setting cement adhesive free from vertical sliding, suitable for horizontal and vertical interior bonding of ceramic tiles, porcelain stoneware, clinkers, and stone materials. Classification according to UNI EN 12004: Class C1T - cement adhesive (C), standard setting adhesive (1) and reduced sliding cement adhesive (T). FIELD OF APPLICATION: T-FIX is used as an adhesive for the installation of ceramic tiles (fired brick, single-fired tiles, double-fired tiles, clinkers, glazed porcelain, etc.) and stone material for wall or floor installation exclusively for interiors. ADVANTAGES: - no vertical sliding - high adhesion APPLICATION: T-FIX is applied on clean and dry surfaces. In order to improve adhesion, it is advisable to apply a thin layer of adhesive on the surface using a smooth metal spatula and immediately afterwards spread the adhesive using a toothed spatula. Classification according to UNI EN 12004: Class C2TE - cement adhesive (C), enhanced and added characteristics adhesive (2) reduced sliding (T), extended open time (E) and transverse deformation Class S1. FIELD OF APPLICATION: TADP/C can be applied over floor screeds with or without radiant heating system and BIO-E NHL 5 plasters or other hydraulic binder, on any rough plaster in air lime or hydraulic binder as long as they are consistent and dust-free. Adheres strongly on primerless cement, bricks, hydraulic and air mortars, aluminium, polyacrylates, polycarbonates, wood, glass, glazed surfaces, plastic structural systems. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS: MIXTO PAVI is a special hydraulic cement binder for preparation at the site of floor screeds for civil use featuring high workablity and ready to walk on 24 hours after installation. It conforms to UNI EN 413-1 and can be classified in Class MC22, 5X. FIELD OF APPLICATION: MIXTO PAVI is added to 4/5 mm aggregates for the installation of substrates with a minimum thickness of 4 cm. thick. It is designed to receive all types of coatings. In the first case it is advisable to use it in combination with TASSULLO AR160 mesh weighing approx. 150 g/m2, while in the second case combination with TASSULLO ARINT mesh weighing approx. 300 g/m2 is recommended.
NOTES REGARDING CYCLE 1. If, after removal of the tiles, the existent screed is found to be free of adhesive residues and there is therefore no need for an extremely thin layer of additional screed, the TASSULLO AR160 mesh can be applied spanning the screed or the crack caused by shrinkage using TASSULLO TFIX FLEX or TFIX HP FLEX adhesive recommended for gluing the tiles. 2. Ensure that there is no air circulation inside the rooms by shutting the windows and doors for the initial 24-48 hours after the additional screed is laid. 3. Refer to the individual technical data sheets of the products for the methods and warnings regarding application.
4. Laying ceramic or stone tiles (single-fired, glazed porcelain, etc.) with TASSULLO TFIX FLEX or TFIX HP FLEX adhesive and grouting joints with FUGATASS.
