ZUCCHINI + HERB TURKEY BURGERS

Ingredients
2 pounds Ground turkey breast 2 each Zucchini, shredded (~3 cups) 1 cup Mozzarella 1/4 cup Garlic, minced 1 each Onion, yellow, minced 1 tablespoon Salt 2 teaspoons Black pepper 1 bunch Parsley, minced
• Serves: 8 • Serving Size: (1) 4-ounce burger patty • Calories: 200 • Fat: 5 grams • Carbohydrates: 7 –grams • Protein: 31 grams • Fiber: 2 grams
Method:
• In a large bowl combine all ingredients, ground turkey, zucchini, mozzarella, garlic, onion, salt, pepper, and parsley. • Blend well. • Portion out ~4-ounce patties. • Preheat grill. Lightly grease grill grates. • Place burger on grill and cook for 4-5 minutes, or until turkey burger easily flips. (If the burger is sticking, it needs more time cooking, don’t flip it.) • Flip and continue to cook for 4-5 more minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. • Serve with your favorite burger toppings and enjoy!
