THE CHARITY CHALLENGE INITIATIVE Objectives of the Initiative The objective of the initiative is to assist the underprivileged mentioned hereunder. -Orphans from children’s homes -Old People from old people’s home -The sick from hospitals -The disabled persons from Rehabilitation centres. -Those that are doing well in school but do not have anyone to help them further their education, particularly O & A level students Each month we would identify the beneficiary, consider their needs and channel our monthly contributions towards that need. A plan of the list of beneficiaries and their needs including costs is being looked at. However our assistance to the beneficiaries will be based on the amount of money we have raised. Their needs may include food, clothing, assistance in running projects and training. Our choice of beneficiaries is not limited to any geographic area. We will assist the abovementioned groups regardless of where they are based on our ability and reasonableness to meet the costs.

Membership The membership is voluntary being pushed by willingness to help. Anyone can join the group as long as he/she will contribute $10 per month. Therefore we strongly encourage you to spread the word as we would like many people to join. While we do not want to lose any members who have joined, we cannot stop anyone at any time who would want to drop out. Therefore I strongly encourage you to think carefully before you commit yourself.

Financing For the assistance, we committing ourselves to a monthly contributions of $10,00. These funds will be used to buy various items or fund projects as determined by us subject to problems identified by the beneficiaries. Members can also donate in kind. The collection of funds will be done by Tarisai from the 20th to 28/30/31 of every month. You can send the money through: Eco-Cash: 0772 763 451 Bank Account: 9016171552 (Tarisai Abigail Mutsopotsi)Workplace: CABS HEAD OFFICE 2 NORTHEND CLOSE NORTHRIDGE PARK BORROWDALE

Purchasing and Logistics Purchases of the items will be done on the first weekend following month. We have chosen the weekend because most if not all of the members are working. The team on transport and logistics will make transport arrangements well in advance to avoid problems on the day. Handing over of the items will be done on the same day to avoid storage costs and problems.

Reporting and Transparency Where public funds are involved there is need for reporting and transparency. On this regard the money is going to be collected by one person and Tarisai Mutsopotsi has agreed to assist on this issue. A team of three people are needed for the purchase and handing over anything that might have been bought to the beneficiaries. Anyone who is willing to be part of the team can join. We also encourage any of the members to join the three people for handing over the items. After purchasing and handing over the items they will give back the receipts to Tarisai. A financial summary will be released including a qualitative report and emailed to everyone, and scanned receipts will be attached thereto after every donation. Hard copies of the documents will be kept for our records and references.
