CHESTNUT COMMONS PROVIDENCE, RHODE ISLAND “On behalf of our development partner, Marshall Properties, we are proud to usher our recently completed Chestnut Commons project into the fabric of The Providence Innovation & Design District. Our Chestnut Commons team is fortunate to have secured and permitted an ideal I-195 parcel to realize our vision. This project’s location will undoubtedly foster a new gateway between Johnson & Wales University and several new developments along the Providence River; all of which create such positive momentum for this neighborhood. We are extremely pleased with the design that The Architectural Team (TAT) brought before us. From the start, TAT’s attentiveness to our goals and ongoing execution was top notch and it’s quite fitting that TAT’s architectural expertise will be on display for decades to come by way of this wonderful development,” says Waldorf Capital Management’s Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Huther.
