This is supported by; A mindsets Behaviors and Processes which value differences among colleagues Individuals with an inclusive approach create an open and safe working environment Since we are now living in a global village, the need to honour diversity and create inclusive environments cannot be sidelined. In fact studies over the last couple of years show the variations in productivity of the organizations which practice diversity compared to the ones that don’t.
