How to cook your cheese perfectly

Frozen: Great uniform color on all fries. Deliciously juicy and good balance of saltiness. Defrost: Defrosted Grilling cheese get more crisp when deep fried than frozen ones, though the cheese will loose a bit of its creaminess/juicyness.

Frozen: Coat your Grilling cheese in oil and bake on a perforated baking tray. Grease the tray beforehand by spraying with cooking oil. The cheese becomes gorgeously golden and juicy, but not crisp.

Consumed within: Must be consumed within 3 days after defrosting <5°C.

Frozen: Super juicy and wonderfully golden brown all around. A bit crispy on the edges, which gives the burger slices a great texture. Defrost: Great color. The texture is more squeaky than when used directly from the freezer. Still wonderfully juicy texture.

Frozen: Baked on a baking tray spraycoated with cooking oil, they will become golden brown and juicy but not crisp.

Frozen: Stir the pan frequently to achieve a uniform color. Consider turning it down to 140°C during the last minute. Nice saltiness.
