The academic block which will house lecture halls, FAB labs and an incubation center is zoned at highest level to get a visual access from the main road. The academic block is designed as three different buildings which are inter-connected by corridors and staircases. This facilitates maximum natural light and ventilation into the spaces. To bring about interaction between professionals using the incubation center and the students, the common spaces like the FAB labs, library are kept at good proximity to both the school and the incubation center. The technique of cut and fill is used to avoid changing the terrain.
