P. MOHAMMED’S VILLA The villa is designed to maximize its connection with the garden and pool area, forgoing a traditional fa-cade and installing glass panels held in place by thin black frames open to garden and pool. First floor is designed as a linear block with 4 meter cantilever over the pool and the garden. Plan of the house is divided into different zones:

03

MR EYAD’S VILLA Curved roof villa for Mr Eyad was designed around a pool to give sense of enclosure and privacy. The 4,000 square-metre house was designed as a complex for living and working. Pool is the focal point in the design of villa as it was surrounded by the male guest area, female guest area and family sitting area. As the site sit on a close proximity of old city of Darriyah, the exterior walls were rendered with local Riyadh stone to respect the traditional colour and material.

SADOON BROTHERS The Mediterranean style villa was designed for 2 brothers with shared communal/Guest spaces on ground floor and bedroom on east and west side for each of them. The focus was the rear side of the villa where all windows and sitting areas open towards a pool which was situated at the basement level to make it more private.
