Welcome... to the Spring 2020 edition of the Collection magazine. Just when one challenge has been overcome, another appears. Since the Autumn of last year, both sales and lettings markets have been flourishing in the wake of a decisive Election and the apparent end of the Brexit debacle. As I write this, the market appears robust in the face of this year's challenge, the threat of Covid-19 and all the disruption it has brought.
