Night Expected Weather: Light freezing rain will remain in SE Kansas through today. Light freezing drizzle possible tonight east central Kansas. Widespread freezing rain spreads north across the area Sat afternoon-Sun afternoon. Timing: Late Tonight – Sunday Evening Expected Weather: Widespread freezing rain spreads north across the entire area Sat night. Best chances for accumulating Ice Saturday night – Sunday afternoon. Freezing rain changing to rain Sunday from south to north. Ice Amounts: Most areas .50” to upwards of 1” of ice accumulation by Sunday evening Winds: NNE Winds 5 to 12 mph through the entire event
