he chamber is excited to promote the 35th annual Jimmy Hayley Golf Classic on Sept. 29 and 30. This first-class tournament, hosted at Bayou Golf Course in Texas City, is renowned as the biggest and best in Galveston County.
The Golf Classic is named after legendary former Chamber President Jimmy Hayley. Hayley designed this tournament to benefit members as well as the chamber. The tournament features four flights with 144 golfers in each (36 teams of 4 players). There are morning and afternoon flights on both days with team awards presented after each round.
