Leadership Mainland focused on entertainment and media at its April session. Group members started the day off at the chamber for breakfast before they loaded on to the bus to head to 93Q Radio Station in Houston where they had the chance to meet with several local radio stations.
After this, the group headed to the island to visit The Galveston County Daily News where they heard from the leadership team. Group members also went on a tour of The Daily News’ building, and they saw the press where the papers are printed.
The session included a stop at the City of Texas City Marketing Department and Podcast Facilities where they met with Jennifer Laird, communications coordinator, and received a tour of the facility.
Thank you to all who inspired and motivated the Leadership Mainland Class of 2024 at this exciting session. To learn more about this program, visit TCLMchamber.com.
