Highlights of our experience Offices ― Tishman International Management Limited on the acquisition, development, financing, letting and subsequent sale of Sofia Airport Center, а multi-purpose development valued at EUR 250 million. ― AIG Europe, Cargill, OMV, Ocado Technology, Endava, Sterling Serviced Office Group and many other international and local clients on negotiating and concluding office leases.
Retail ― Europa Capital LLP on the acquisition of Mall of Sofia from GE Capital Investments Holding B.V. and Fellstone Limited. CMS further advised this long-term client on the subsequent sale of Mall of Sofia to GTC.
― Sofcor Logistics Ltd (Cordeel Group) on a built-to-suit lease agreement in respect of a logistics and office development in Sofia.
Hotels & Leisure ― Quinn Group on its multi-stage acquisition of Hilton hotel in Sofia and its subsequent sale to a private investor. ― Gort Holdings on the sale of Radisson SAS hotel, among other assets, to a group of investors.
