That same weekend, an individual read about the property in the newspaper and immediately reached out to the listing agent, Todd Gibbons, for a showing. The showing took place on the same day and an offer was made the following day.

The buyer claims reading about the history of the property and its previous owner, Edgar Bronfman Sr., and his contributions to the Jewish community are what drew him to the home.
