Originally from St. Charles Illinois, a suburb of Chicago, Sherry moved to Castaway Cove of Vero Beach in 1999 and now lives in Indian Trails. Sherry and her husband Rich Brown, the Florida President of Holiday Builders, are proud to have raised three successful children. Their son, Tyler, is serving as an Air Force pilot, Evan is an FSU graduate studying abroad, and their daughter Bethany is currently attending nursing school in Jacksonville. Every morning Sherry enjoys a walk on the beach with her dog Mia, a playful Boxer with a heart of gold. When not working, Sherry enjoys cooking, gardening, running, and all sports. Staying true to her hometown, Sherry is an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Cubs, Blackhawks, and Bulls.

EDDIE BRANIGAN

A Vero Beach resident for more than 35 years, Eddie has a wealth of local knowledge to assist his clients. Growing up in Vero Beach, and having lived in several communities on both the mainland as well as waterfront on the barrier island, Eddie is a well-rounded partner for your real estate needs. Before joining Treasure Coast Sotheby’s International Realty, Eddie was the COO of a successful medical practice and surgery center for 17 years. It was while negotiating the sale of the medical practice, surgery center, and commercial property that he ultimately decided to pursue his passion for real estate. An instrument rated private pilot, Eddie knows the importance of details and staying current and applies that to the real estate market. Eddie gives back to his community by serving on several boards of non-profits and is also the race director for the Beachside Half Marathon, benefitting the IRC Healthy Start Coalition. When it comes to hard work, dedication and going the extra mile for a client, Eddie takes that literally. An endurance athlete, he has completed the Hawaii Ironman, Escape from Alcatraz, Marathons, Leadville 100 mountain bike, Swim around key west, Grand Canyon rim to rim to rim run, and the Navy Seal bridge challenge, to name a few. A six time member of Team USA triathlon world championship team, Eddie has represented the USA all over the world.
