Description of Services BAREBOAT

Quoted prices are including: VAT, “All Risk” and RC third-party insurance, check-in/out assistance, standard final cleaning, tender + outboard engine, standard bed linen (sheets and pillowcases), berth for first and last night in the embarkation port.

Quoted prices are not including: fuel, cuddy, port taxes, moorings, inland services, day trips, personal property insurance and everything not expressly mentioned.

Extra: TOWELS (bath-towel and hand-towel set) ¤ 15,00 per person Initial cuddy service available on request.

SEAVILLAGE

Gourmet program

The Gourmet program is an add on service which can be combined with both Seavillage and Seavilla programs, offering you a broader catering experience, and often more economic since it is inspired by the full board concept of the hospitality industry.

For each route a special cuddy is selected according to the regional gastronomy together with a choice of local wines.

Prices are inclusive of 4 days full-board and 3 days half-board.

Traditional Italian cuisine is integrated with local specialties.

Quoted prices are including the following additional services: 1 week complete set of bed linen(sheets and pillowcases), hand and bath towels, bathrobe, beach towels Sea Villa Gourmet offers a complete cuddy with soft drinks, wines and spirits selected by Hotel Cruiser.

Quoted prices are not including the following extras: Moorings, port taxes, fuel, inland trip, personal property insurance, extra marine facilities, land or sea transfers, extra spirits and Champagne (if not offered by Hotel Cruiser) Daily duties on board are including: deck cleaning cabins and toilets cleaning breakfast, lunch and appetizer including take away lunch for inland journey nightly assistance with tender for guests transfer (until 01:00am) taxi tender service for guests transfer 5 times a week: on board theme dinner On board service does not include: preparation of dinner 2 times a week preparation of lunch or dinner for extra guests (if more than 2) In case of lunches, cocktails or party on board for more than 2 extra guests these must be planned with the crew and will be quoted separately.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS: At boarding the provisioning will be arranged with the crew and a cash deposit of € 500 is required along with an additional € 500, also in cash, as a small breakages/damages cash deposit.

Cuddy: Cuddy provisions in addition and/or different from those provided with some programs are considered extra. For programs not including cuddy service we are able to offer initial cuddy on request.

Terms Of Contract HOTEL CRUISER Reservations In order to make a reservation simply contact Hotel Cruiser directly (by email or phone) or through your agent to verify actual availability of your desired cruise: at this time you can place an option (5 working days). Reservations are accepted by Hotel Cruiser and will be final upon receipt of the deposit (or the balance, should the boarding date fall within 30 days from the reservation date) paid by the Client or Agent. By paying the deposit, Clients implicitly accept these Hotel Cruiser terms of contract.

Prices Hotel Cruiser ‘s prices are expressed in Euro per boat per week for the Seavillage, Seavilla and Gourmet programs and include various services as described in the pertinent programs. Prices for the Winter-Spring Cruises and Special Programs are expressed in Euro, per person based on double cabin occupancy, for the reserved cruise.

Payments The necessary deposit to confirm a reservation is equal to 50% of the total price for the services reserved. Any amounts due at boarding, as per the programs, are not to be included in this calculation.

The balance is due on or before 30 days prior to the scheduled boarding date. Upon receipt of the deposit Hotel Cruiser will forward to the Client the Cruise Contract and upon receipt of the balance Hotel Cruiser will forward to the Client or Agent all documents (voucher) and information necessary for boarding.

Payments are accepted by bank transfer only. For evident practical reasons, pre-boarding costs (when applicable) require payment in cash.

Cancellations In the case a Client should have to cancel his/her reservation with Hotel Cruiser, the following cancellation penalties (percentage of total price) will be applicable: cancellation notified to Hotel Cruiser up to 60 days prior to the scheduled boarding date: 20%. cancellation notified to Hotel Cruiser between 59 and 30 days prior to the scheduled boarding date: 50%. cancellation notified to Hotel Cruiser between 29 and 15 days prior to the scheduled boarding date: 75%. cancellation notified to Hotel Cruiser less than 14 days prior to the scheduled boarding date (including no-show): 100%.

Cancellations must be notified to Hotel Cruiser in writing by email sent to bookings@hotel-cruiser.com or by return mail addressed to: Hotel Cruiser - via Coppino 333/A - Viareggio 55049. Italy.

WINTER AND SPRING CRUISES (ALL INCLUSIVE)

Weekly Reservations: embarkment/disembarkment timetable embarkment: saturdays at 17.00 return to dock : fridays at 17.00 disembarkment: saturdays at 09.00 Please note: should you have different timing requirements, we will be able to arrange an alternative timetable and we will inform you of additional costs should any apply.

Discounts We gladly offer the following discounts (percentage calculated on the Bareboat segment of price only - not applicable in July-August): Second consecutive week 5% In a 2 weeks booking, the second week will cost you 5% less.

Third consecutive week 7% In a 3 weeks booking the third week will cost you 7% less.

Early Booking 3% Discounts are not cumulable.

2 Days 2 Nights Cruise Embarkment (Fridays at 17:00) - Disembarkment (Sunday at 17:00) Darsena Medicea, (Portoferraio-Elba Island) Itinerary 1 - dinner on board after embarkment.

Day 1 - In the morning, breakfast around 9:00: We sail in direction of Rio Marina, which we will reach around lunch time: after lunch on board we head towards Porto Azzurro, where we’ll have dinner and overnight in the bay.

Day 2 - We sail again at 10:00, after a delightful breakfast on board, heading back to Rada di Cavo, where we will have lunch. We will be sailing around the Islands of Palmaiola and Cerboli. The last leg of our semi-circumnavigation will conclude when we moor the boat at Portoferraio in the late afternoon.

Itinerary 2 Day 1 - As an alternative to the route described above, you can choose to head west, towards Procchio, where we’ll have lunch in the picturesque setting of the Biodola Gulf, then, in the afternoon continue towards Marciana Marina, where we will overnight at the anchor or at port.

Day 2 - We’ll be heading back towards Portoferraio with a stop at Golfo di Procchio for Lunch.

3 Days 3 Nights Cruise Embarkment (Thursdays at 17:00) - Disembarkment (Sunday at 17:00) Darsena Medicea, (Portoferraio- Elba Island) Itinerary 1 - dinner on board after embarkment.

Day 1 - Morning breakfast around 9:00. We hoist the anchor and head our bow towards Procchio, which we will reach after some fine sailing just around lunch time: we’ll enjoy lunch on board and sail again in the early afternoon towards Marciana Marina where we will dine on board and overnight at anchor or in port, depending on weather conditions.

Day 2 - We sail in the morning around 10:00, after breakfast and head towards Punta Fetovaia, where we will stop in port for a late lunch. We will then continue towards Golfo di Stella, here we’ll lower the anchor and spend the night.

Day 3 - We’ll have breakfast at 9:00 and sail off about an hour later and head towards Rio Marina, where we’ll have lunch. The last leg of our sailing voyage around this beautiful tuscan island will end with our return to dock in Portoferraio.

Itinerary 2 - dinner on board after embarkment. Our alternative course does not call for the circumnavigation of Elba, but head directly towards another beatiful tuscan island, Capraia.

Day 1 - Morning breakfast around 9:00. We’ll leave Portoferraio heading directly towards Capraia which we will reach after approximately 3 hours. After lunch on board we will circumnavigate the island and admire its landscape, and we will overnight in port.

Day 2 - We will continue our exploration around the island and then head back towards Elba where we will overnight at Marciana Marina.

Day 3 - In the morning, after breakfast, we will head the bow to Golfo di Procchio, where we’ll have lunch, and head back to our dock in Portoferraio.

Departures for these cruises can only be confirmed once the minimum number of participants is reached.
