Why Frog Club DONOR REWARDS Were Created
Effective January 1, 2013, the TCU Frog Club is pleased to introduce a new concept of giving! Now, your financial support of TCU Athletics gives you the opportunity to enjoy more TCU Athletics related benefits than ever before! Anyone who makes an annual contribution to the TCU Frog Club, athletic endowments, or athletics related capital projects now qualifies to earn a number of exciting new benefits with an opportunity to increase your participation in TCU Athletics.*
Frog fans and supporters have repeatedly asked for more touch points with TCU Athletics and the TCU Frog Club. Our goal in creating the donor rewards program was to give our supporters exactly what they have asked for - a heightened overall experience with more unique ways to connect with TCU Athletics.
Student-Athlete Scholarship Support – Your Frog Club contribution helps provide student-athletes with the opportunity to attend TCU.
Frog Club Road Trip Package – Travel to next year’s TCU @ Oklahoma football game with the Frog Club. This package includes: travel, lodging and meals and snacks throughout the trip. Limit of 2 guests per account. This package does not include game tickets. (Value of Benefit: $325 per person)

Tax Deduction – Contributions net of direct benefits are estimated to be 80% tax deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for more information on giving to athletics. (Value of Benefit: $0)
*The Frog Club Donor Rewards Levels do not include gifts made to any sport specific club including Diamond Club (baseball), Fast Break Clubs (men’s and women’s basketball), or First Team (football).
Window Decal – The Frog Club decal is the perfect way to show your school spirit for your car window, home, or place of business. (Value of Benefit: $0)
Invitations to Signing Day Reception – One of the most exciting days of the year for TCU Football is the day the new signing class is announced. This evening with TCU Football coaches is a preview of the future and a can’t-miss event for any football fan. (Value of Benefit: $50 per person)
Horned Frog Sports Report – The Horned Frog Sports Report is a members-only e-mail newsletter sent out twice weekly and contains up-tothe-minute information on everything related to TCU Athletics and the TCU Frog Club. (Value of Benefit: $0)
Basketball Hospitality and Parking– Premium parking for both TCU Men’s and Women’s Basketball games and pre-game/halftime access into the Moncrief Club in Daniel-Meyer Coliseum. *Must be a basketball season ticket holder to qualify for this benefit. (Value of Benefit: $265)
Invitation to Members Only Events – Events such as the Gary Patterson Luncheon Series and the TCU Football Signing Day Reception are exclusive to Frog Club members. (Value of Benefit: $0)
Invitation to Athletic Director’s Suite – Donors who qualify at this level will receive an invitation for two (2) to sit in the Athletic Director’s Suite in the Founders Club of Amon G. Carter Stadium for a home game during the upcoming football season. (Value of Benefit: $100 per guest)
TCU Frog Club Luggage Tag – This high quality Frog Club branded luggage tag will showcase your passion for TCU when you are on the road. (Value of Benefit: $0)
Frog Club Pre-Game Tailgate Passes – Once a year, before a select home football game, the Frog Club hosts a tailgate party in front of the Frog Club Office. Countdown to kick-off in a lively atmosphere that is great for adults or families. Admission is free to all who qualify based on their giving. (Value of Benefit: $20 per pass)
Giving Level Recognition – Your valuable contribution to TCU Athletics will be recognized in official TCU Football game programs, the TCU Frog Club website, and Frog Club social media platforms. (Value of Benefit: $0) Letter from TCU Student-Athlete – No one appreciates donor support more than our TCU student-athletes. This “thank you” letter is a token of their appreciation and is perfect to hang in your office or place of business. (Value of Benefit: $0)
TCU Athletics Flash Drive – This TCU Frog Club branded flash drive is loaded with a TCU Football Fact Book and plenty of room for storage. (Value of Benefit: $10)
Invitations to All-Sports Banquet – There are very few opportunities to spend time with our student-athletes like this event. This “purple carpet” event in the spring gives you the chance to spend time with the student-athletes from all the various sports at TCU. (Value of Benefit: $25 per guest) Pre-Game Frog Club Baseball EvenT – This pre-game tailgate event is a once-a-year event hosted by the Frog Club before a marquee Saturday afternoon TCU Baseball game. Come party with the Frog Club and then cheer our team on to victory. Admission is free to all who qualify based on their giving. (Value of Benefit: $20 per pass)
Customized TCU Travel Bag with Apparel – This embroidered TCU travel bag by Nike will showcase your connection and commitment to TCU Athletics – and is great for travel! (Value of Benefit: $125) Private Dinner with Athletics Director and Head Coaches This private dinner and evening with the Director of Intercollegiate Athletics and other TCU head coaches is a rare opportunity to become better acquainted with the key dignitaries in the athletics department. Limit of 2 guests per account. (Value of Benefit: $50 per person)
How the Frog Club DONOR REWARDS PROGRAM WorkS All athletic contributions made during one fiscal year count towards benefits in the following fiscal year (TCU’s fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31). In other words, on June 1 of every year, your donor rewards level will be determined for the upcoming fall and spring athletic seasons. (You must be a Frog Club member to qualify for the donor rewards program benefits.)
For example: TCU donor makes a football parking gift of $2,000, a Football Scholarship Seating contribution of $500 and gives an additional $2,500 to an endowed scholarship for a total of $5,000 in Fiscal Year 2013 . In Fiscal Year 2014, TCU donor qualifies for all benefits, and has the opportunity to take advantage of all the benefits, in the Bob Lilly Circle at the $5,000 level.

TCU’s fiscal year runs from June 1 to May 31. When you make an athletics related gift between June 1 and May 31, you qualify for benefits in the following fiscal year. $100 Frog Club memberships are fulfilled immediately and remain active for one calendar year from the time the gift is made. If you wish to opt out of receiving benefits please notify the TCU Frog Club at the time you make your gift.

When will I be notified of my new Frog Club donor rewards Level? Since Frog Club Donor Rewards levels are determined on June 1 of each year, you will be mailed a notification letter stating your rewards level shortly thereafter. Do the Frog Club donor rewards Levels represent my total athletics giving? No. The donor rewards levels are calculated annually based on your giving during the fiscal year only. How do I keep track of these benefits for tax purposes? The Frog Club will mail you a summary of benefits you have qualified for during the calendar year in January. Please present the notification to your tax advisor upon receipt.
It is difficult to overstate the significance your financial support has on the overall success of TCU Athletics and TCU student-athletes. Whether you are providing student-athlete scholarship support through your annual contribution to the Frog Club, contributing towards an endowed scholarship that is annually awarded to a deserving student-athlete recipient, or making a gift to a capital project, such as the Amon G. Do I have to accept the benefits I have qualified for? No. After your donor rewards level is established, you will have the opportunity to decline any benefit by responding directly to your donor rewards status notification. In January, you will still receive a notice of the benefits you have qualified for. When will I receive the benefits I have qualified for? Depending upon the season in which the benefits are fulfilled, you will receive them shortly after your donor rewards level has been established.
