How P.E. can make us better people? In our classes we usually work in team and we learn how to help eachother. that’s a good way to discover all we are different.
The structure of our p.e. class? Our class is divided in three parts: -Streching: we run and do little physical activities to prepare our body for the exercise. -The sport of the day: every year we practice some sports during the course. -The return to the calm: to end the class, we do smooth exercisse for don’t stop doing sport sharply.
