THANK YOU, FAREWELL & GOOD LUCK Alexis Hinojosa is bidding farewell to Teal Construction and getting ready to welcome her new baby girl! Alexis has been with the company for 5 years and has successfully completed multiple careers moving quickly up. She was hired as a Project Coordinator, moving to Estimating and Marketing Coordinator, then rounded her career out as our Marketing Manager. With the help of Alexis, we have won numerous projects, joined new organizations and continued to build Teal Construction. Alexis has done an impeccable job and we are very sad to see her go, but know that she will conquer motherhood and congratulate her on the Hinojosa growing family. Alexis’s last day will be Friday, January 23rd (this Friday), so please make sure and go by to thank her on all of the hard work she has put into Teal Construction. Thank you Alexis!

HOLD ‘EM & HIT ‘EM COOKOFF The Houston Office held an appreciation event for our subcontractors, clients and designers on Friday, January 16th at the Hold ‘Em & Hit ‘Em Cookoff. Our Senior PM, Glenn Jarrett and his wife Diane, were the amazing cooks; serving us BBQ-ing pulled pork sliders, brisket, chicken, ribs, and jalapeño poppers. Everyone there could not get enough of the food and only sang praises. Many, many THANK YOU’s to the Jarrett’s for all of their hard work. We had a tremendous turn-out with over 100 subcontractors, clients, and designers and around 50 of our Teal family. Through this event we have built a stronger relationship with our subcontractors and have already been provided with more leads for 2015. Thank you to everyone that helped put this together, especially Mark Baumguard, Ernesto Castro, Alex Hotze, Marcelino Perez, and Bill Shultz for setting up and helping construct our area. AND Thank you to Jerry Stafford for being such and amazing sous chef.

“The Crymar Team and I had a great time at the cook off and Teal Appreciation event last Friday. Like we talked about, it was a first class party and you guys shows us and all your subs and customers what you guys are. I look forward to working with you and the Teal team for a long time.” -- Rick Wood Crymar Finishes
