August is the month for Teal Anniversaries! All of these people are major contributors to the work at Teal and we appreciate everything they do each day. 1 Jim Threeton is a superintendent out of our Corpus Christi office and has been with the company for 17 years. Jim has done work with both offices including YMCA Coastal Bend and Bay Education Center. 2 The one the only John LeBlanc, Vice President for Teal Construction and the guy to go to if you want a good laugh. John has been here for 12 years managing projects and people. 3 Christy Ramirez is our Accounts Payable manager working along side Pam Walker our Controller. She keeps all of the PM’s in line and has been with Teal for 8 years. 4 Our Smith Middle School Superintendent, Gary Ferri has been with Teal for the past 4 years working out of our Corpus Christi Office. Gary always has a smile on his face and ready to get the job done. 5 This character works in the back and runs our Special Projects Division. Michael Losoya has been with Teal for 4 years and quickly has moved up the ranks. You can also see him at many of our affiliation events meeting new partners & promoting Teal. 6 Stephen Faulkner, the gentle giant, came to Teal a year ago, specializing in Healthcare construction. Stephen has completed a couple of our automotive projects prior to moving on to Harris Health PACU next month. 7 Jennifer King started as a PM and has recently become the Director of Marketing. Jennifer came on board last August and works in preconstruction on all of Teal’s CM at Risk and Design Build projects. 8 Daryl Gardner has just completed Texas Bay Credit Union in Pasadena, TX. He has been working with Teal for the last year and one of his favorite projects Teal has completed is the Conroe Fire Station. THANKS TEALIANS!

GULF CHEMICAL & METALLURGICAL BUILDING In 1999, Teal Construction completed a 15,000 SF tilt-wall administration building for Gulf Chemical & Metallurgical in Freeport, TX. The project team was the dynamic duo of Les Chipman & Mike McGlynn who have completed multiple projects together. Over 15 years later, Teal is constructing the SI Group Administration Building in Freeport, TX with Les Chipman as the project manager. SI Group, superintendent is DeWayne Bonin, who is working to complete to project in October.
Our Estimating Team have been productive in the Summer months winning new projects and phasing the preconstruction projects into construction. The Estimating Team is comprised of DeWayne Lucas, Dave Ogden, Michael Miller, Michael Losoya, and many of our project managers that assist in preconstruction. Our Estimating Coordinator is Kelly Richardson, who works directly with the estimating team, marketing, business development and finds new leads for Teal!
